Very good price for genuine SOX lamps made at Hamilton before they stopped lamp production in 2019!

LED tubes bought previously failed within the warranty period. Contacted customer services and had to send photographs.
After this, replacement lamps were sent with no problem and was kept up to date throughout the process.

Bought from this company before , good price . good customer when there is a problem.

Both LED tubes (two) broken on delivery, I was not prepared to pay for return so had no option but to purchase two more from a local supplier.
Suggest in the future either add appropriate packing to the package or find a better delivery company. Preferably one that cares.

The parcel never arrived. The promised email which was supposed to tell me the parcel was en route never arrived. The telephone help centre is only available for two and a half hours three days a week - not very helpful. I will now attempt to get my money back. Would absolutely not use again.

Good choice of products, fast delivery

Bulbs were very fairly priced , well packed, arrived safely.. {Cheaper to buy several to get the free postage deal} Courier kept me informed of when they would arrive. Thank you.

The item was never delivered. DPD, also at fault — told me after I called this was because the address they had was incomplete (though in tracking it just said we were not home every time they tried to deliver; I was home and I have a Ring - they never actually tried to deliver). Indeed, the address DPD had received seemed incomplete as I can see from the email Any-Lamp sent. After DPD said the sender had to handle the incomplete address, I called customer service at Any Lamp but they would not accept they had sent DPD an incomplete address though I could see they did in an email. They clearly had the correct address on file, as when they read me the address they had for me it was actually the correct one. Nonetheless they sent DPD a incimplete address. Clearly their systems missed out part of the address but customer service would not accept this. Finally they said the can check with DPD but it’s not really worth it since DPD would only get back to them in 5 days — as if it’s my fault they’re using a service that doesn’t work well. In any case a few weeks have passed since then, and I have not heard anything from Any Lamp. Very poor

I ordered the Philips Master GU10s. I could pick a specific beam angle and CRI and they did not disappoint. A great product and it transforms the room.

Excellent service. Bulbs are securely packaged and easily tracked. Repeat customer.

the lamp i ordered was never delivered. I contacted them and they agreed . ,but still have to wait 5 days for a refund

Quick delivery and item was exactly as advertised, not like another supplier who stated they had Dimmable lamps when they weren't.

Good product at a reasonable price, but the delivery contractor, DPD, was very poor. Delivery was late with the courier claiming he could not find the address (laughable, easy to find) and then dumped on the doorstep with damaged packaging. Very lucky that product damage was minimal. Reported to Any-lamp, but no response.

I received some helpful advice which made it easier to chose the most suitable high bay light for our dance studio.
Delivery was remarkably quick and the light fitting, polycarbonate shade and diffuser are just perfect.
The cost of the Noxion LED fittings were very reasonable compared to some other similar ones from other suppliers.
I definitely will use Any-Lamp again.

Their packaging is poor for the sensitive Items they sent out.
