Easy to order and (usually) fast delivery - I did have a delivery issue with the last order which went missing, but the Any Lamp people sorted it out quickly and they did eventually arrive. They are my 'go to' supplier for lamps for my business park.

I can see that the order was shipped on Thursday 23/01/2025 and was delivered on Monday 27/01/2025. Our website does state that all orders can take up to 3-6 business days to deliver.

As far as I can see, DPD delivered your order within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Nevertheless, I apologise for your dissatisfaction.

Great Range
A great range of top quality bulbs at competitive prices, many of them not available in the UK. Shipping costs and delivery time reflect the fact that the bulbs come from the Netherlands.
I was disappointed with two LED GY6.35 bulbs (which were shown on the website as replacements for halogen GY6.35 bulbs) because the beam pattern was very different and unsuitable.
Returning the bulbs was reasonably straightforward but I thought it was rather mean not to cover return shipping costs.
11 Feb 2025. Just a few comments on the response from Paul at Any-Lamp.
I’m not sure why Paul refers to “fluorescent lamps” as I wasn’t buying fluorescent lamps.
Paul says deliveries are “quoted as 2-4 business days”. My delivery took 4 business days.
The Any-Lamp website didn’t give incorrect information, but it would have been helpful if the website could have explained that the beam pattern of the recommended LED GY6.35 bulbs could be very different to the beam pattern produced by the halogen GY6.35 bulbs they are replacing.
I’d like to repeat – ANY-LAMP OFFER A GREAT RANGE OF TOP QUALITY BULBS AT COMPETITIVE PRICES, MANY OF THEM NOT AVAILABLE IN THE UK.

Thank you for your feedback and review of Any-Lamp. Florescent lamps are now banned in the UK as of March last year, so our stock will reflect LED alternatives.
As we are a Dutch company, our warehouse is in Eindhoven which means all deliveries are quoted as 2-4 business days as stated on our website.
I can see you have raised your concerns to the Customer Service team regarding returning your order. We would reimburse for return shipping costs if there is evidence to show that our website indeed gave the incorrect information.
