Had analon fry pans previously and…
Had analon fry pans previously and loved them. The ones just purchased feel half the weight and nowhere near as solid. I don’t expect them to hold up as well.

Absolutely horrible from start to…
Absolutely horrible from start to finish. I received my 10 'smart stack' pots and pans and they were -bent- upon delivery, which was amazing because there was actually no damage to the box. So they were bent when they were processed/packaged but shipped out anyway.
I photographed the items and sent in multiple requests for either a refund or replacement but all of my requests were first declined and then ignored over a 3 week period. Absolutely shocking product and customer service. Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't possible.

Quality pans
Expensive pans, claimed to be suitable for Induction Hobs. The edges got deformed quickly and now have very sharp edges and the none stick was coming off. I contaccted them and a new set of pans were delivered. Good service, new pans have no problem.

Terrible lack of customer service
Terrible lack of customer service. have been trying to return an item to them for 3 weeks and they just keep telling me they are busy!! Beware before you buy as if it's not right you may end up stuck with it.

Don't use
Don't use, non existent customer service, no contact received but immediately took payment. Waiting 2 weeks for product so far, no emails / confirmations or anything, don't have the courtesy to even say theres an issue.
