Took too long!
Took too long and was delivered by an entitled Snowflake from Hermes 20 minutes after Herpes own website stated they didn't have it yet and over 24 hiours after I had cancelled the order!

Excellent Product
Excellent product. My previous set lasted 18 years. Only changed due to broken lids from being a clumsy man ;-). Really good value for money.

Items arrived very quickly and look solidly made and durable. Great addition to my pots and pans.
Work and look great (Hard anodised Pro Series) even my son who is a head chef has admired them.

Great pans but very poorly packaged and then entrusted to Hermes and left outside in the rain without bothering to ring the doorbell - still better than their previous attempt at delivery - left out chucked on a flower bed at 9.00pm - also raining

I love these pans. The purchasing experience was easy and delivery went well. I have used my grill pan and love it.

Hugely disappointing
I'm not impressed by these pans given how much money I paid for them. The frying pans are particularly poor - apparently the non-stick is amazing; it isn't. Very average pan set (very odd sizes too) for way too much money. Hugely disappointed with them.
In response to Analon's response to my review: And how is that supposed to help me now? That you use feedback to improve future products isn't any use to me. I've already spent in excess of £700 on your products (bought additional to the pan set on original order). The frying pans are awful to use. Not very non-stick!

Replacing our Professional Range after 10 Years
We bought our first set of Anolon pots with lids over 10 years ago. They have performed and lasted well although the surfaces are now starting to wear. So we decided to replace them and stay loyal to the Anolon brand. But we are a little disappointed that the new ones are not as thick and consequently heavy as our originals so the feel of a professional pan just isn't there any longer. Also the handles are thinner and the edges a big rougher at the tips. The Professional range no longer has a saute pan which is disappointing.

Thank you for your review Alistair. I'm really sorry if our new products is lighter than our older cookware. My apologies as well that our Professional sauté pan has been discontinued. It is always unfortunate when this happens. We have a comprehensive product programme which monitors trends and sales etc. and also run focus groups. Poor service
Packaged arrived late and not by the date listed on the website. Furthermore the package arrived in a damaged and dirty box. Very disappointed from a company who claims to be highly professional.
