On my visit to the Downend office today, both staff who saw me were perfect when dealing with my query. Gurmit Kaur was very understanding when I later explained our family was going to deal with the rent increase ourselves.

I have had such a great experience with Andrews in Wallington. They were always happy to help and despite me constantly ringing them and driving them mad, they were always very friendly and happy to help. If it wasn’t for Sarah, Laila and Rebecca I wouldnt be happily settled with my 2 girls in this wonderful home.

Zubear was a very reliable throughout the whole experience. All calls and emails replied to promptly. Zubear and Duane were great support. Would strongly recommend with their level of support.

We are so disappointed in a situation that the agency told us that we got a property in sherbourne close at Kingswood and after that the reference process and also holding deposit has been done and after couple of days the agency told us that the landlord has withdrawn the tenancy agreement and it’s after 10 days .really disappointing situation and also we are even searching for a house and we only have limited day to search

Exceptional support provided by Connor during the whole process. Always a phone call away and ready to assist where needed. From day one Connor gave me the confidence needed on how to tickle each step of the process. He was always transparent and his communication ability is brilliant, always keeping the communication lines clear between myself, him and the solicitors.

Over the last few years we have had some issues with tenants as well as the building. Denise Walters from the Clifton Branch turned what was potentially a very stressful time into a calm and manageable experience. I have to say that without her expert advice, creative solutions and incredibly professional manner I don’t know what I’d have done.
