We are so disappointed in a situation that the agency told us that we got a property in sherbourne close at Kingswood and after that the reference process and also holding deposit has been done and after couple of days the agency told us that the landlord has withdrawn the tenancy agreement and it’s after 10 days .really disappointing situation and also we are even searching for a house and we only have limited day to search

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We notified you as soon as the landlord advised us that they were unable to proceed with the tenancy, and we offered an alternative property immediately to try to support you during your search.
I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must be, especially after the referencing process and holding deposit were paid, his has now been refunded.

The Midsomer Norton branch have been amazing through our house sale process. They sold our home, as well as being responsible for our buyers property, and the communication, particularly from George, has been fantastic throughout. George kept us in the loop of what was happening, sometimes even before our solicitors had managed to. We really appreciate all of the support and communication, not only up to accepting an offer, but right through to exchange. Although we have no plans to move house again, we would absolutely use Midsomer Norton branch of Andrews, if we did decide to.

We love our lettings agents!
Andrews have been our lettings agents for years. With a new let being sought this year Harpinder, Gurmit and Issy swung into action. They found a new tenant for us in 48 hours and everything was done beautifully and professionally. We wouldn't go anywhere else as landlords!
