Prachtige lamp!
Mooie lamp, precies wat ik wilde hebben. Laat zich goed opladen en geeft mooi licht. De lamp is te dimmen en heel simpel te bedienen door het knopje bovenop de lamp.

Een fermliving salontafel besteld die ik in het echt toch niet zo mooi vond. Het was mij al duidelijk dat de retourkosten voor de klant zijn, maar €200 euro betalen voor een retourzending vind ik bizar.

We bought a beautiful lamp: the Tala Alumina Lamp. We use it as a bed lamp: very easy to dim with warm light wich can turn to bright if you want to.
We fell in love with the design. And the web shop of Andlight is perfect.

Unhappy. Ordered at the end of saturday, changed order via e-mail at start of sunday. Did not hear till later on monday, that order was on it’s way and no cancellation or change could be made.

Thank you for your message. I have inquired about your order number to help you specifically, but we have not received it.
Unfortunately, it sounds like you put in an order and contacted us outside our opening hours.
Therefore, we have not been able to cancel the order, and when customer service opened on Monday, the package was already sent, hence why we could not change the order.
However, in these situations, we always advise the customer to deny receival of the package. If done, the package will be returned to us, and the money will be refunded to the customer.
