Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
We bought a bed and paid extra for delivery. The initial delivery date was changed three times, each time in the middle of the day, after we had already arranged to stay home. When the order finally arrived, the wrong parts had been delivered.
It then took another four weeks to receive the correct parts. Even that delivery was delayed at the last minute, again after we had made arrangements to be at home.
Customer service was rude, showed little willingness to find a practical solution, and treated the situation with no sense of urgency. Mistakes can happen, but the trying to offload the problem to partners/suppliers, poor communication, repeated delays and complete lack of customer focus made this an extremely frustrating experience.

We completely understand your disappointment with the repeated delivery changes, the incorrect parts being sent, and the additional waiting time. We recognise that, regardless of where an issue occurs in the supply chain, the experience ultimately affects you as our customer, and we are sorry that we did not provide the smooth and reliable service you expected.
As the retailer, we work closely with the brands we represent, and in this case the bed and replacement parts were shipped directly from the manufacturer. We do not have all the spare parts in our own warehouse, which means we rely on the manufacturer to provide and send the correct components when needed. While this process is handled by our supplier, we understand that we still have a responsibility to coordinate the case and ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
We regret that the communication and handling of the situation did not meet your expectations. We always aim to be helpful and solution-oriented, and we are sorry that this was not your impression during this process. Your feedback regarding the communication, delays, and overall handling has been taken seriously and will help us improve how we manage similar situations in the future.

Onbetrouwbare organisatie – leveringsbeloftes niet nagekomen
And Light belooft snelle levering, maar in werkelijkheid wacht ik inmiddels vier weken op een Foscarini lampenkap. Na contact opgenomen te hebben, ontvang je alleen een automatisch antwoord met opnieuw vier weken extra levertijd.
Na €220 vooruitbetaald te hebben, blijft het volledig onzeker of en wanneer het product überhaupt geleverd wordt. Beloftes worden niet nagekomen, communicatie is slecht en als klant blijf je in het ongewisse.
De website ziet er professioneel en aantrekkelijk uit, maar daarachter schuilt slechte service en een gebrek aan transparantie.
Mijn advies: koop hier niet voordat je eerst de reviews leest.

When a product is out of stock, we rely on the manufacturer’s delivery estimates, and unfortunately, this has been postponed a few times in your case. We know this isn’t ideal, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.
I also see you’ve been in touch with our customer service, and as requested, your order has been cancelled the 31st of January.
