Exorbitant shipping
was charged double for shipping and import duty etc. very expensive shipping with no alternative option. hard to return as i'm not happy with it

For international orders, shipping with our courier partners typically starts from £30. We absorb over half of this cost and charge a subsidised flat rate of £17, which is lower than standard international shipping rates.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Anayah Jewellery has been so incredibly disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. From a mediocre product ,receiving the incorrect item and the shocking customer service, this company has been a complete nightmare to deal with.The WhatsApp service is completely useless too!
