While we worked hard to dispatch orders promptly following our Feb 4th cutoff, international transit to Australia can occasionally face unpredictable courier delays, and I regret that we missed the mark for your gift.

Hate these earrings. They are faceted and look nothing like the photos on website. I actually got out my glass cleaner because I thought they were dirty. Yuck!

Because we use natural stones rather than glass, these internal features can sometimes be mistaken for surface marks, but they are actually part of the stone’s DNA.

I love everything about all the pieces
I love everything about my whole order, except one little thing. I am not able to make the twists in the bracelets small enough to button up and wrap my emaciated (from cancer treatment) arm, so the stones swing around my arm all day. However, it means I am always touching them and appreciating them, so I guess it is all good!
Edit! After a while the leather smoothed out and the two bracelets fit beautifully!

Their Customer Care is superb. They answer within hours. The Jewellery is very good quality. I have never sent anything back. When a parcel went missing, because of the Christmas rush they sorted it within a day! Can’t say enough about them, they care!!
