lieber mit pegasus, mit pegasus hatte ich nie verspätung.

If I could chose 0 starts that would be my choice.

If your flight is within Turkey there are no rules. They do whatever they want.

We flew from Istanbul to Bodrum the 1.8.23 and back the 10.8. I paid for seats both ways and for extra baggage. Funny enough they couldn’t see the purchases I made in there system and didn’t care about my confirmation emails, so we where forced to pay for extra baggage and sat in the back of the plane both ways, even thought I had paid for seats in row 2 and 3.
When I contacted the company, they couldn’t see that I had any flights on the 1.8.I wonder how I got to Bodrum and back since I had no plane ticket. And neither could they see that I had paid for extra baggage. But they had no trouble withdrawing the money from my bank even though they couldn’t see anything in their system.

But if you fly with them from/to Europe they are completely different, because they have to follow EU laws. But within Turkey they take what they can get.

I will never fly with then again - it must be a disgrase for Turkish Airlines to own a company lile Anadolu Jet.

Wir sitzen schon über 30 Minuten über Flugzeit im Flieger und es gibt keine Information an die Passagiere, woran es liegt und wann wir mit dem Abflug rechnen können.
Flug 7.55 von Frankfurt nach Antalya - jetzt 8.31 und noch keine Nachricht.
Das ist unmöglich und menschenverachtend.

Ein sehr schlechtes buchungs Service jedesmal zahle ich mehr für Sitzplätze trotzdem muss ich immer wo anderers sitzen nie wieder würde jeden abraten

Katasteophe nie wieder , inlandflug erst verspätet dann im Flugzeug 1 Stunde gewartet. Nie wieder ……
Kauft lieber Pegasus oder andere Gesellschaft. Hat nichts mit Qualität zutun sondern ist eine sehr schlechte Gesellschaft die Ihre Passagiere nur warten lässt fliegt nie Pünktlich/ wären mit dem Auto schneller angekommen. Wie mit dem ✈️

Ankara flughafen habe ich erlebt keine gepäck kg kulanz jeder über kilos extra bezahlen.

Kopenhag/Konya bilet aldım tabi pahalıya ve içerde bize yemek vermediler,sadece 8 cm uzunluğunda bir kaşar sandviç. 2 lokmada bitti zaten. O kadar para verdim bilete yaptınız şeye bak. Siz insanlarla dalga mı geçiyorsunuz 😡😡🤔🤔

Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht

Ich bin leider schon einige male mit dem Flugzeug anadolujet geflogen und hab oft schlechte Erfahrung mit ihr gesammelt. In meinem heutigen Flug kam ausgerechnet genau HEUTE eine Nachricht das der Flug gecancelt wurde. Dann mussten wir einen anderen Flug nehmen, auf denn wir 3 Stunden länger warten mussten. Dann gibt es natürlich noch enge Plätze die nicht gemütlich sind. Das Essen ist nicht so wie früher und wenig. Ich würde ihnen dieses Flugzeug nur empfehlen wenn sie nicht mit der normalen turkish airlines fliegen können. Es ist besser als andere Flugunternehmen wie zum Beispiel Pegasus aber lohnt sich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht.

Surpris après avoir réservé un vol Turkish Airlines, nous avons volé sur AnadoluJet mais aucun regret.
Le vol était très agréable, le personnel sympathique.
Sandwich et boisson compris.
Rien de spécial à signaler.

Very bad experience with anadolujet , I Flight Dalaman to İstanbul tk7449 on 04.06.2023 Airport was almış empty but only Anadolujet make 60 min delay , horrible avoid

Leider die schlechteste Fluggesellschaft, sehr kleine und unbequeme Sitze, wir zahlten extra für das Essen, aber leider bekamen wir nur ein kleines gefrorenes Sandwich, dass eigentlich als Entschädigung für die eine Stunde und 45 Minuten Verspätung des Fluges. Aufgrund unserer späten Ankunft, haben wir unseren gemietetes Auto verpasst und mussten ein anderes mieten. Am Tag unserer Rückkehr waren wir zweieinhalb Stunden früher am Schalter Flughafen und der sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter Anadol Fluggesellschaft wollte unser Gepäck nicht mitnehmen und sagte, dass es zu spät sei. Er hatte uns versucht ein neuen Ticket zu verkaufen. Sehr frech! Wir hatten 2 und halb Stunden noch bis zu unserem eigentlichen Flug und mussten 10 Minuten mit ihm diskutieren, die meine Nerven ruiniert hatten, schließlich sagte er uns, dass wir extra bezahlen müssten. Dabei hatten wir sogar weniger als das zulässige Gewicht angegeben und mussten dafür zu Unrecht 4 Kilo bezahlen.

I have a paid seat (15F exit seat) on flight TK7000. Anadolujet changed my seat without any information to 19F (unpaid seat). Their customer support made me wait 10-20 min and couldn't solve the issue. I had a very bad experience with AnadoluJet.

Staff was not supported at all
Inbound flight of 5.5 hour and seats were very small and very small legroom
No option of entertainment even paid also no

Seats are very uncomfortable hard msterial.
And on top of that staff on board very unprofessional and not willing to help you even at any stage

Better choose some other low cost carrier instead of this if you looking to save bucks

Good airline. Our trip from saw to nav, was perfect flight on time, flight crew excellent

What a terrible journey!
It was the first time I flew with these guys and hope it will be the last. I had an indirect inbound flight and the first leg was 2h late so missed the connection and I had to wait almost 11h in Istanbul airport for the following one which was also late by 1h30 (technical issue according to the pilot). This is not just an isolated incident, it is a pattern, these people are simply incompetent and unable to operate a single flight on time.
Avoid if you can, they will make you waste time, energy and money.
This is a disgrace for Turkish Airlines to be associated with them.

Initially this company emblazons Turkish Airlines logo all over its advertising which is a decent airline. Turkish Airlines merely own them. This is a Ryanair level of service - make no mistake they are not Turkish Airlines standard service.

We booked premium seats supposedly with more legroom. They messed this up and put us in ordinary ones. Ok - mistakes happen. Then when trying to be refunded for this at a later date the messages were simply ignored. Was told to fill out an online form again for a 2nd time (of course from a "no reply" email address). Did so and heard nothing back. It seems any means of contacting them directly is made extremely difficult. Needless to say the refund should have been automatic anyway, but be warned - if they make an error they will not refund you.

Additionally if you do purchase extra legroom seats DO NOT BOTHER! The first ones we got (the most expensive) with no seats in front had a wall in front. It actually seemed like there was less legroom than when we returned - the wall was very close by. The seats on this airline do not recline anyway. Do not waste your money to purchase extra legroom seats - it is a scam. They offer none or extremely minimal benefit.

If you had simply refunded the difference between the seats we paid extra for and did not receive Anadolujet there would have been no review left despite the overall poor quality. Not for the sake of £40-£50 or so you have some extra bad publicity to add to all the other overwhelmingly negative reviews. Well done - what excellent business sense!

ich war mit kompletter Familie geflogen, mit Anadolujet von Madina nach Frankfurt über Istanbul. Den Koffern sind weggekommen, TK findet diesen nicht und weigert sich zu helfen. Wir haben mehrere Stunden am Flughafen mit kleinen Kindern verpasst. Wir müssten rennen am Flüghafen von einem ecke zu andern. Die Kinder waren müde und hungrig. Im Ende am FRA Flughafen merkte man, dass den Koffer fehlte und weigerte sich, die Reklamation anzunehmen. Wir sollten dort den Verlust melden, obwohl die das direkt sehen könnten. Die haben am Zielort erstrecht nicht helfen können.NIE WIEDER mit Anadolujet AIRLINES!!!
