Scamming customers with complicated luggage weights on different tariffs, and waiting till last minute while boarding to charge customers high charges reguardless of weight, this being a tactic to force one to pay as the flight would leave and one looses out.

Deres online chek-inn virker ikke, og måtte derfor betale 20 Euro for at tjekke os ind ved skrænken i Antalyas lufthavn. Vi ringer til sunexpress og får at vide at der ikke andet er at gøre end at betale, også efterfølgende sende en klage.
Virkelige dårlige service. Nu er det ikke engang sikkert at jeg får min 20 euro refurenderet.🥴

Herşey çok iyi idi. Uçak kalkış saati, kalkış, yolculuk, uçak içi alış-veriş hizmeti ve zamanından önce mükemmel iniş için 5 yıldız verdim. Ancak Zürih hava limanı valiz alan ve uçuş bileti kesen görevli sanki Sunekspres sevmiyordu bana 35 kg hakkım olmasına rağmen 25 kg lık valizim için sorun çıkartmaya çalıştı. Kapı görevlisi de Sunekspres ya sevmiyor yada görevinin farkında değil. Ekstra ödeme ile aldığım 3A koltuğunu uçağın boş yerlerini bahane ( kalkış balansı)ederek yerimi değiştiriyor ve diğer ücretli yerlere değil de 21A ya atıyor. Tabiki uçağa binişte hostes beni 3A daki yerime oturtu.
Bunların daha önceki uçuşlarımda da yaşadığım benzer sorunlar gibi Sunekspres ile direk alakalı olmadığını biliyorum.

WORST AİRLİNE EVER!! they cancel your flight without proving any reasons. my two day trip got turned into a 9 day trpi, making TREMENDOUS impact on my finances. yet they dont want to be responsible. dont want to offer any reroute or new flights that make sense, they want me to stay in a foreign country for 3 more days without covering any expenses

Ich bin zum ersten Mal mit SunExpress geflogen. Der Reiseveranstalter gab die Airline vor. Der Flug ging von Bremen nach Antalya und 1 Woche später wieder zurück. Ich habe mir XXL Sitze mit mehr Beinfreiheit und natürlich gegen Aufpreis gegönnt. Wenn ich hier lese, das jemand die Beinfreiheit bei normalen Sitzen bemängelt und noch einen Getränkehalter haben möchte, packe ich mir doch an die Birne. (Ihr könnt nicht Standard buchen und dann das volle Wohlfühlprogramm erwarten, bucht euch doch bessere Sitze oder seit ihr zu geizig dazu?) Die Flüge waren super pünktlich, das Begleitpersonal super nett und höflich. Es gab keinen lästigen Bordverkauf oder den nervigen Verkauf von Rubbellosen, wie bei Ry...... Somit jederzeit gerne wieder.

The app took so much time to go to the next stage at the final stage payment it would kick me to the front page and i would need to start all over again this happened everytime and when i get to pay for the flight the price would go up we ended up paying 70 euro more than at the start

Price was 749 Euro, then payment failed because of an issue with the credit card. Then I retried and price went to 779.

Die Buchung und der check In waren problemlos. Leider war die Beinfreiheit in diesem Flugzeug extrem klein. Wir hatten im Vorfeld zwei Gangplätze in Reihe drei gebucht. Dort konnte ich kaum die Füße unter den Vordersitz strecken. Hinzu kam, dass der Gast neben mir auf Grund seiner Körperfülle teils auf meinem Sitz saß. Da die Maschine nicht ausgebucht war, konnte ich mich umsetzen. Ärgerlich, dass ich das Geld für die Gangplätze ausgegeben habe.

Even on 3rd party website it is all showing the cheaper price and they have refused to match the price to reflect the current market value which is stated on the terms that they do sell and monitor current prices but they have refused to honour that
