I had some confusion at first
I had some confusion at first, thought I got the wrong pendant and when I called it was a muffled voice saying something and I thought i had been scammed. Later that day I got six calls all filtered as spam, so I figuredni was in trouble, but turns out it was just Americurn trying to make things right, or in this case, have me look in the right spot. Nice work from them, persistent to make sure I saw something that was my mistake. Thank you, and 100% recommend.

They totally messed up the engraving on…
They totally messed up the engraving on the Urn. It is going back and I am requesting my money back as this is the second urn which is not correct.

When I received the wrong items and…
When I received the wrong items and contacted them they replied quickly and agreed to send new ones after receiving wrong ones. After explaining my situation then agreed to send the items that I ordered before they received the incorrect ones and trusted me to mail them back which I did with the prepaid label they emailed me.
Even though there was a mistake made in shipping they made it right for us. Ty so much.
