The service was fast and dependable. One little problem... one of the pull strings on one keepsake urn pouch has pulled loose from the bonnet that attatches the two strings. If you could see you way to send another pouch I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Thomas Lemanski

Quick and complete
Somehow, I ended up ordering three urns, which I definitely don’t need. I’m not that big, so one will suffice.😂😂😂 Both of the gentlemen that I talked to were very kind and receptive and help me finish the exchange or return of the two urns I didn’t want.

The ordering process was so easy
The ordering process was so easy. After getting a email with confirmation I noticed a date mistake and called to correct. The customer service agent was so nice and helpful. My picture I picked of my mom and dad was old and not too clear, they must of used AI or computer to fix it and it came out gorgeous. The double urn was the nicest one in the cemetery. All family and friends raved about the quality of the wood and how nice the lettering and picture looked. At this stressful time I was so happy with my experience overall. Thank you!

Beautiful Urn, fast service.
I received several compliments on the white marble urn I bought. Shipping was fast also. One of my token urns wasn’t to my liking only because my son’s name was engraved over a dark spot in the marble. They acted fast and immediately did another token urn and I received the fixed urn fast. Very satisfied and appreciative. It was a very hard time for me and they made things easy.

In ordering, the engraving was not on the order form, and trying to get help with the order was confusing. Although amends were given, however, I need to mention that the cost of engraving was not mentioned anywhere in ordering. I received the items, and I was surprised that there was no additional way to fill the necklaces. Unusally come with a funnel kit. The engraving is perfect, thank you

I liked the urns although one top did…
I liked the urns although one top did not screw on properly and the necklace chain broke as I pulled it out of the box. They were pretty and the other urns worked fine. I thought the value was good anyways.
