We wanted to take a burden off my mother in law and acquired her a stunning urn,four mini urns and a necklace. It was a lavender and silver set. I absolutely loved the selection. We were able to find exactly what we wanted, and get everything engraved. They even helped me to change where I wanted it shipped to and I was able to purchase express shipping, after I realized the package might not be here when I needed it. When my Mother’s urns arrived damaged, I was completely overwhelmed, but American's customer service handled the situation with remarkable care and respect. I ordered the full size urn and 4 keepsakes urns so I could give the kids one. The engraving was perfect. I also got a necklace that holds her ashes with an engraving. All of that was beautiful. I also got a wind chime and a bracelet I thought they was going to be engraved as well. That being said, I wouldn’t trade any of it for a million dollars.

Beautiful but change your options for ordering.
The urns (I purchased two sets, one large and one keepsake) are beautiful. However, wasn’t happy that the not the small ones were engraved and not the large ones and I was only given the option for engraving as the “large set” we paid a good amount of money only to have to turn around and find someone local to engrave the large urn for us.

I was truly disappointed in how I was treated and talked on the phone. Keep on hold for extended amounts of time. The Urn did NOT arrive as scheduled. I am grateful I don’t have to do business with them ever again.
