I ordered a necklace to put my soulmates ashes in, it arrived quickly and when I opened the package I couldn't believe how beautiful the necklace is! The quality is tops with a great price too.They forgot to send the filling kit so when I contacted them they responded promptly and sent it out immediately. Customer service was amazing! They noticed that I would not receive my urn on time even though I paid for expedited shipping. So they emailed me explaining they would upgrade my order so I could get it on time. Who does that? I appreciate your compassion for a very difficult time.
