The great staff and crew……the amenities and food……the size of the ship……and the wonderful passengers that we traveled with

All the crew members were courtesy and friendly. They made you feel like you are family. The whole experience was wonderful. We always appreciate the great service provided by the coach company.

Great crew on American West. Kimberly, Jonathon, William, Drew, Marcus, Grace, Steven. Really would like to see you recycling at least the glass, metal and cardboard. How about packaging and donating leftover food to homeless or low income. Awesome trip crew, buses, excursions, loading/unloading luggage all dialed in.

American Cruise Lines is a wonderful way to see the United States. The ships and crew are always great. In fact, American Cruise Lines and the crews on board will try to meet any of their passenger’s special requests, and they are especially accommodating to older passengers. The ships have larger staterooms than other cruise lines and because they are small ships you really get to know your fellow passengers and the crew. On board, the activities are fun and the itineraries, excursions and ports give you the opportunity to see America's small town and large cities, historic areas and natural wonders up close and personal. You won't regret taking a cruise on any of American Cruise Lines ships or cruises.

Everybody on the ship would go out of their way to helpyou in any way they could. The excursions were all included and were good. The entertainment on board was great and with a small group, one felt part o the family.

The only complaint is the slow service at the aft bar, 4th floor, during the 5pm timeframe when people were returning to the boat.

Our cruise on the Upper Mississippi was a delight. Comfortable stateroom, incredible and attentive staff, excellent food, interesting speakers, fascinating excursions, maximum fun. We've already booked our next cruise with ACL!

I have never been on a cruise before but I was truly amazed at the ease of checking into the hotel and then boarding the ship. Everyone was so kind and helpful during the cruise. They stopped and spoke to us. The events on the cruise were scheduled for the crowd on the ship.

We have been cruising with American Cruise Line sine 2013. Their ships are great; the itineraries are wonderful and the food is delightful. What keeps us coming back though is their people.

The food and service were outstanding. We thought Harley in the dinner room did an incredible job! AAA+++! She was the best!

The excursions were fine.

Our room was clean BUT were in room 338 and it was NOISEY! The walls vibrated like an empty teacup on a saucer. Also were below the 4 Aft deck and the scrapping of the chairs on the deck was load. The banging of the door into the cooks area was annoying at 6:00 AM. If we were ever to go on another American Cruise it would have to be near the bow. We have been on numerous European river cruises and they were MUCH quieter. Is it poor acoustic insulation from the engine compartment?

My wife thinks that you should install magnifying mirrors in the bathroom.

The education I received through daily enrichment presentations and tours of each port are what I value most about my experience.

Great speaker Preston Jones, a captain that came down and talked with the people (this was a first for us, it has never happened on past trips), super waiter I can't remember his name but definately management potential.

I have traveled many time with American Cruise Lines and everything is exemplary - from the caring, helpful crew, to the delicious food, to the interesting informative excursions. I have several more cruises booked and anxiously await to embark on another.

The staff made our cruise comfortable, interesting, and exciting. The food was excellent!

All of the employees were respectful and helpful. They always had a smile and a helping hand available. The room was kept spotless and neat. The meals were well planed and savory. The buffet breakfast was always hot with eggs, bacon or sausage, and a biscuit. They also had grits which I don't favor. There was also a continental breakfast bar. Beer and wine was available at lunch and dinner. there were mixed drinks available also.

Wonderful staff! Didn’t have to worry about anything except having fun! Thank you!
