delivered me what is effectively and out of date product, it’s already 06/2025 (exactly same date on the baileys chocolates), I made a complaint and they said they are in their right to sell out of date products. Well, how to loose customers and business which equals money!

I don't understand some of the reviews on here. My experience has been great, I got extremely fast shipping, literally got the got my products a couple days after ordering. No damage to the boxes or crisps at all, this company is a blessing. I got all my favourite Ready To Go drinks cheap (which are hard to find in the UK) and also got a few snacks to try which are also reasonably priced. Ignore the comment about the sell by dates, if a product is close to the sell by date and REDUCED for it, then this company will make this VERY clear and even give you the date as you're browsing it. This company gets 5* from me.

Ordered few times and really happy with what I got, usually go for limited edition or stuff u can't get so common in UK.
Very happy with service comes Royal Mail u can track stuff.
Some competitors use DHL awful couriers use where as Royal Mail are spot on for delivery.

Fantastic experience shopping from King's Candy! As DPD is often want to do they kicked my parcel around the warehouse and sent it back instead of delivering it. Aaron and Alex were super helpful in getting a replacement sent out which did then arrive with no quibbles. Will definitely shop again!

Slow delivery, no customer support, scam.
When I finally recieved the items, much later then they promised on their website the items were not what I ordered. They have me a smaller jar and alternative product. I will not be purchasing from them again.

They used to be good my partner sent them a email becouse no sign of delivery no reply so emailed again as there over a week late and the email was rude no sorry it was well on the website the banner clearly state were moving warehouse yer I get that but how about a sorry or a email when we email you lost a good customer never again

I won’t be ordering from these sadly. Paid £6 for delivery. I ordered my goods 8 days ago, no sign of them, no response when reached out to. Very poor

Received out of date drinks, told they are ok to be consumed. Fair enough. Cans however are dented and bashed in and not fit for anything. Meant to be for a party and can't use them now.

Really good range of stock that's not usually available on the high street or in most other places. Loads of choice and excellent stock levels and availability. Always sent out fast and safely packed.

Needed my Strawberry Crush Soda that I had in America this website was perfect for my order, clearly shows the best before dates so you know exactly what you are buying. Fast delivery by DPD ordered on Tuesday arrived on Friday. This will be my website for my American food favourites, lots of choice. Thank you 🤩.

Great price online, delivery was within 2 days of order even when ordered on a Sunday. Using DPD is guarantees a good delivery.

Timely dispatch in goods. 4 items damaged on arrival. Company unwilling to replace due to ‘we can’t over-package every item’. Really disappointing customer service. This customer will NOT be returning!
