So rubbish, I don't know why they charged extra. I bought coffee for £2.45 and they charged me £7.5 and £1. Never visit again. Totally scammed..

Went to Amazonfresh last night at Canary Wharf, the guy on the door said that the tap machine will take a pound now, £1, & the correct amount within the hour. Great I thought
I check the status at 01:11, they took another £19. My goods were £4.45.
I had no idea they would be holding £20 ransom.

Amazon took the £4.45 yet they are still holding my £19 ransom. Never again.

The delivery and food supplied I've got no complaints. However if you ever need to deal with customer service it's an absolute nightmare. I was offered a £15 off a £60+ shop, the code didn't work. After calling them up they said to just place the order and when received to give them a call back. That's ok I suppose ( but not as it should be- actual money off) . When I called up they are refusing to give it to me. This is despite me having an email from them stating they will do it. I'm pursuing this further out of principle but will never order
from them again as if there's any future issues I don't have the confidence they will deal with it correctly and promptly. This is the second issue I've had with the customer
service team (only placed 2 orders) and the last time was equally inefficient with multipe phone calls to sort out. I wish i had never bothered placing my second order tbh. Shame because the delivery and quality of goods was excellent.

They are having problems with driver's stealing the food, apparently. According to the customer services person, I've just spoken to on the phone!
I wouldn't bother placing a grocery order, like I stupidly did, as it likely won't get delivered.

Been long term Amazon user but first time I've used Amazon-fresh. Needed cat food and found item which took me to a distinct new page - found it easy to select items to make up the free delivery £40 order. Friendly driver and fresh meat was in a refrigerated package . Great service I'll use this in future . Please be aware the full Amazon catalogue is not available on Amazon fresh

If you are going to order Amazon fresh or Coop ir Morrison from Amazon App, bear in mind that drivers will be using their own personal normal car to deliver to ur house, so no cooler or fridge or freezer in the car and the staff will not wear gloves when handling your groceries and willeave them on tge floor, they do not do blood tests for staff either for specific diseases and gloves and no idea if tgeir personal car is clesn or not , no blood tests for staff for hepatitis A, and we do npt know if their car boot is santised and germ free no thank you. Respect customers and deliver food professionally in geocry vans with fridges and freezers and deliver in baskets

I have just been let down by Amazon Fresh claiming my order was "undeliverable due to address issues" and that the courier "had difficulty locating" my address.
Odd, given my full address and postcode was given on my order and my home security camera picks up no-one on my doorstep. And I am at home. And I cannot get in touch with their customer services, which would probably be a waste of time anyway.
As this was my Christmas top-up shop, I have reordered, but unsure whether they will bother to turn up.
No longer trust them.

Dreadful just dreadful. Always missing items and sometimes over half order is missing. No more. Enough is enough.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not order smoothies ,fresh water juice drinks. All off. Maybe stored in high Temps or just expired. Gross

I have grown thousands of cherry tomatoes yearly for more than 30 years. During the winter months, my recent purchase of the Amazon Fresh, responsibly grown, cherry tomatoes were awful. The taste was literally disgusting, should never be sold to a consumer. What a waste of money!

Amazon fresh asociate called Jam is rude and unprofessional interrupting constantly.
The order never arrived and she is basically talks a lot but not fixing the issues. So disgusting.

I have used this service for a few years now, it was generally really good with a good service; unfortunately, this has now diminished to the worst online service I have ever received!!

Ordered food yesterday which should have arrived between 16:00 & 18:00, still no delivery and the website is saying it is delayed, over 12 hours late.

No customer service number is now available or any way of contacting anyone, this is a f@@king disgrace; you have almost £100.00 of my money and nothing!!

I will never, ever use this service again; perhaps you don’t want or need my business, utterly disgusting..

In jeder Bestellung sind Artikel dabei, die ich sicher nicht bestellt hatte (riesige Mengen Mate-Tee, den ich nie trinke, einzelne Schokoriegel). Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich. Katastrophe.

Fahrer war zu faul 60 Artikel in 10245 von 20.00 bis 22.00 Uhr zuzustellen !

Yet again they have not delivered, just cancelled the order. Don't see the logic on how it works. Hours ago they picked things and then did not bother to deliver. This is about the 4th or 5th time this has happened. Totally and utterly unreliable. Had they said they could not deliver right at the beginning I could have bought from elsewhere but they kept saying they would be delivering. Told me 8.30 at night they could not deliver.......too late for me to do anything about it.

I would never use them again always messing up my order but I thought give them another go they brought my shopping bags was spilt one bag they had put fabric softener in with food the softener was leaking food compleaty ruined spoke to 21 advisers sent them photos and they all said the same thing there was no damage even tho you can clearly see the bags are ripped softener on my food could not be used the fresh meat had no ice packs and was all warm where it has been in the drivers car with heating on all my food went in the bin almost 60 pounds spent nothing for it and left me a disabled house bound man with nothing all they do is lie read from a script hate the company please don’t ever buy from fresh as it won’t arrive to your door fresh and it will go in bin with no refunds given

FRESH Courier delivered less than half my order? Support told me to get police crime number!
Obviously courier is the thief from the store!
I'm not a detective but come on!!

Bad. Received less than half my order and after waiting an hour to contact I received less than half of my order, and after waiting over an hour to reach customer service, all I was offered was a refund for the missing items. This refund will take several days to process, but the food was needed immediately. The service is unacceptable—late, unreliable, and unresponsive. There is no margin for error in situations like this, and the way Amazon handles people's schedules so poorly is simply unsustainable.
