Terrible service waited in all day... kept changing the times to then cancel at 8:45 in the night. If you can't manage orders done take them. Rubbish will never use again

My order was cancelled and I wasn't informed about it. I was waiting like an idiot for a couple of hours and then I found out on my app
that my order is cancelled ( I haven't received any email, text - only
a few hours after my delivery slot ended ).

Got wrongly charged and tried to get a refund from the Amazon website, but all their live agents said I had to return to the store to get it. But I left the country already! it seems Amazon online and Amazon Fresh are not connected at all. What a waste of time the whole experience is. If your AI technology is not good enough for automated purchases, just bring back the cashier please. I will always blacklist this store!

Extremely unprofessional driver.
My order didn't show up and was cancelled just as it was supposed to arrive, apparently due to accessing issues. I called amazon fresh customer service right away who then called the driver. Apparently there wasn't parking but I never had that issue before and he wouldn't even come back when asked. In 12 years of ordering online, all the delivery trucks (there are mutiple coming every day in my street) they always stand on the road and are allowed to.
The driver was even still close by but refused to come back and deliver. So now I asked for a refund and will rather order with a different shop from now on who will actually do their job. It's a shame though as I loved amazon fresh previously and ordered often with them, but I just can't take the risk of the same driver showing up and cancelling again who then even refuses to come back.

Grocery shop never arrived despite tracking stating one stop away. No explanation and has to wait to be refunded for something I didn't even receive!

Order has not turned up. No notification from Amazon about this, only when I log in, it says "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your order" without any explanation. There is a link to contact Amazon customer support, but when I try that it only lets me contact them about items that have actually been delivered, so I can't even find out why they are "unable to deliver". Asks if I want to re-schedule - as if!

Ich habe inzwischen seit 2018 315 mal im Wochabstand bei fresh gekauft (München).
Und ich bin zu 99 Prozent zufrieden: Die Zustellung war immer korrekt im 2-Stunden-Zustellfenster.
Gelegentlich sind die TK-Semmeln ein wenig angetaut, aber davon geht die Welt nicht unter.
Ich kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Unpacked a bag of shopping and found a wet scrunched-up tissue attached to a bottle of Innocent juice. Absolutely disgusted. 3 of 4 bags were unsealed, so I can't be sure if it was the driver or warehouse person, but as it was under the bottom of the bottle, I'm going with the warehouse. Give them their due, CS was actually efficient.

I'll tell you what wrong The order of Eleven Small Items i.e two packs of Bagels two gold top Grahams Milk and four bottles of Coke a bag of sugar and a tub of dairy lee cheese spread was ordered at 13:11 hrs, yesterday afternoon, and by 17:00hrs i got a text saying "We are sorting your order"...At 21:00hrs still no order, no text nothing. But i'll tell yae whit wiz gone the clink fae ma bank account. Oh! aye they were F1 Racing quick taking the clink.....The one thing i cannot abide is LIARS....So noo i have nae scoff and i need to wate fur five workin days to get ma scratch back. Really Really is that whit service means,? Know this It's your last. Maybe change the name to Dick Turpin Deliveries.

I have given one star for the delivery. It's fab you can order grocery shopping same day. However I have no idea why it's called fresh because it is anything but fresh. 90% of the "fresh" meat, vegetables and salad have at the max two days left on the sell buy date yet I am paying full price. 4 of my meat items were due to expire the day after my delivery. Several of my fresh produce items also had expiry date the day after delivery. It's such a waste. I think this is poor service and a quality issue. Generally items ready to expire would be reduced at the majority of shops. I wouldn't mind if the food was a reasonable price but it isn't, it's on the more expensive side . Also the selection of produce is limited. I have ordered twice from here now and have been disappointed on both occasions. It will be my last

Placed order for a complete meal, got everything apart from the main item! Short of 11 items on a 16 item order! Did get text/email telling me there were NO shortages.Was unaware until it was to late, this is not the first time, in a emergancy I will only use deliveroo in future.

I have to say this is my best ever shopping experience ever.

Not only are their goods superior but you can order and have it delivered as quickly as two hours. It always comes well wrapped in tin foil freezer bags with ice blocks inside to keep any frozen items frozen.

Way too much plastic packaging. Shopping for just one person I got six frozen plastic bags and some of the "environmentally friendly" paper bags were lined with plastic foil. I asked the delivery person if they would take them back for recycling. He replied "put them in the bin" as if that were a good solution. Once the ice melts they are full of water. The LDPE from which they are made is hard to recycle and can only really make other plastic bags. Apart from that some of the substitutions were unexpected. Orange squash is not the same as orange juice. The bananas were soft and crushed. Generally the food was more expensive than what I get from a regular supermarket, but not any better.

I Got charged a bottle of vodka which I did not buy and there is no Way of refund, unless you Go to the shop where you did your purchase. Customer service is not able to help, since they dont have any Way to contact The shop. I travel back to denmark, so I am not able to Go back to The shop.

Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden. Aber Amazon Fresh hat offensichtlich die Richtlinien geändert : beanstandete Lebensmittel werden nicht mehr ersetzt. Ich bekam völlig verschimmelte Erdbeeren (4.99€) und sie wurden nicht erstattet. Außerdem ist die Pfandflaschen-Rückgabe nicht mehr zuverlässig - schon dreimal hat der Bote offenbar den Pfand „selbst eingelöst“ = immerhin ca 16€. Ich bin zu PICNIC gewechselt und ganz außerordentlich zufrieden. Pfandabzug innerhalb von 3 min und Artikel TOP

great service good prices but the dates on food are like 1/2 days which is not good enough

They will damage your property.

If you want some unknown harmful chemical leaking all over your home, then order Amazon Fresh. They have permanently damaged my floors and god knows what they have done to our health.

Amazon "Customer service" is the worst in the world. They do nothing but obstruct, lie and insult.

After over a month of complaining, someone has finally admitted verbally that their leaky "Ice packs" in fact contain dangerous gel. They refuse to put that in writing, in order to frustrate my insurance claim.

bought food shopping from amazon a lot but this time had to throw the fruit and veg out was well out of date and smelling a few goods had only a day left to use

Loads of missing items; Damaged goods and incorrectly addressed; the worst of all, I have been delivered a chicken dated 27th June. Today is 30th June. Disgusted.
