Didn't show up, customer service rejects calls
The tracking map showed the driver was about 3 miles away and advised my delivery was next, but then he headed off in the opposite direction and seems to have stopped about 10 miles away for the past half hour. The delivery window is now missed. I've tried customer service 3 times, but the calls are immediately cut off. What is going on!? There's ice cream and other perishable items that will be completely spoilt if he ever shows up. And now I have the inconvenience of not having items I really needed. This is as poor as it gets.
Over charged
I bought one smoothie and was charged for three smoothies and a bottle of water. I have requested a refund from Amazon, their computers are down do they can only give me an Amazon credit!

Tried once and for ridiculous substitutes like lemons instead of honey when I was also buying lemons.
Second time I tried the just never turned up or notified me there was a problem. When I tracked the order when I realised they were late it just said “we could not deliver”. They never turned up and just refunded the full amount. Don’t bother trying this out. The choice is also pretty poor. You’ll regret bothering.

I woulnt even give them one star. Been waiting all day, with texts all day and then a message to say its been delivered when it hasn't. We live in the middle of nowhere. Don't use them! Really seriously I have no one to help me with this. I don't want anyone else relying on them for milk for a baby.

Ordered £40 worth of food from Amazon fresh.
Delivery driver turned up on time and proceeded to scan my bags. When he opened the back door of his car to scan my bags I was greeted with the sight of 2 small children in the back of the car with Amazon bags ripped open and my food IN THEIR MOUTHS! The driver took the food off them and put it back in the bag and went to scan it........
I obviously refused the delivery and asked the driver why he had kids with him, he just said in broken English "Please please, no, it ok, I take back" etc. I also asked if he had adequate insurance which he said he had no insurance, well a pigeon English version of that anyway.
Amazon customer service were next to useless, an hour on the phone to get nowhere. The Logistics and Delivery manager I spoke to said their drivers don't need insurance!!!!! Yes you read that correctly!
Absolute clown show, aiding and abetting in criminal activity by employing people who shouldn't be working if they do not hold the relevant insurance or licences.
Still waiting for my refund as I refused the wet chewed food.

This wasn't the first time delivery drivers have turned up with kids in the car. Last time the driver said "No,No, it all ok, it good, no problem" so I accepted the delivery only to find all the bread crushed, eggs broken and fruit bruised from the kids standing on and kicking the bags in the back of his car. I've had expired food, damaged food, ludicrous substitutions and awful customer service from Amazon and they just don't care!
Well, that's more than enough of being treated like an idiot. No more Amazon Fresh for me, it's just too much hassle.
Completely disrespectful
Ordered shopping to arrive between 20:00 and 22:00. Got email to say it was running late but would arrive at 22:15. At 22:15 got a message to say order was cancelled. Called customer services but 3 times the call was cut off half way through talking to the assistant. I stayed at home all evening to wait for this and they text me after it should have arrived to say it was late - well duh. Then completely cancelled it without reason. Totally unacceptable will never use Amazon or Morrisons again.

Found actual faeces in a pot of rice lol - from a good brand - Tilda. That made my day. I gave Amazon a go - but wow! I even found so many items ripped open by drivers and others superglued together in a tacky way. I even dared to see what the raw meat was like - and it had more blood than chops with.., compromised.. packaging. I didn’t need any additional visual aids to see what was going on - just curious who’s blood it belonged to…
EXCESSIVE PACKAGING
I am a fan of Amazon Fresh in general, however, can anyone explain why they make such a big issue about it arriving in recyclable paper bags, in environmentally friendly vehicles but then place all of the fresh produce in cellophane? It's ludicrous! I am writing this review here as I was unable to leave a review for the order as a whole on Amazon, only for individual items!
Fresh order cancelled at last minute
I made an order at 10am to be delivered between 5pm-7pm. At 1640 I get a message sayjng that they encountered an issue and my order was canceled. When I called customer service they couldn't tell why my order was cancelled. The worst customer service. I expected better services from Amazon. I will never buy from fresh again and I might not renew my prime membership again.

Never again. They offer free delivery for 40£ order, they always add additional fees that are automatically added at the time of payment. Never ending substitution with worse quality products, not mentioning fruits one day before expiry date delivered. Do not waist your time! Buy somewhere else!
Amazon Fresh Hoxton
Amazon Fresh Hoxton. Never use their pickup service. They keep the items. Even after showing a picture of the DPD drop off they were still going to keep it. It cost £400. After telling them it would all be on there Camra and I was going too call the police. They reluctantly gave it to me. Then a week later I got a small delivery. They signed for it and kept it. I had no proof so Amazon sent me a replacement. Amazon are incredible!!! But the shop really lets the brand down. Never get your parcel delivered there.

Thought I’d try a Morrisons order via Amazon fresh as I had an offer code. What a waste of time. My order was delivered to the complete other side of town. Amazon wouldn’t provide me with proof of delivery or an immediate refund. So I’m now sat here with no money, unable to dispute via my bank as it’s same day, and have no way to get any food in. To make this even better, I’m undergoing cancer treatment and kind of need to keep my strength up. Amazon didn’t seem to care about this so are quite happy letting a 28 year old with cancer starve. Shocking service. Delivery driver useless and needs to learn how to use a satnav.

Extra unexplained charges added…
I have twice ordered a bottle of Rye Whiskey from Amazon Fresh.
Each time it came with a rather hefty £6.00 delivery charge -- bringing the cost up to £28.00.
This sum, including delivery, was quite clearly stated on my Amazon bill.
But then I was dunned with a FURTHER £4.00 charge on top of that -- bringing it to over £32.00. Why? Apparently to take into account "possible changes to your order"! What does that mean? There were no changes to my order! Nor was this surcharge in any way explained.
It's hard to see this as little more than a money-making scam.
And was I able to complain?
No.
All I got was a series of drop-down 'menus' asking about mistsken delivery times, wrong orders, etc.
Nowhere was I able to be able to say what I wished to say.

Auch ich kann nur abraten. Bestellung sollte 20-22 Uhr geliefert werden. Kam aber nicht. erste Nachfrage wo es sei, Antwort : seien sie sicher 100% wird es heute geliefert. 2. Nachfrage Bestellung selbstständig von diesen Mitarbeiter Storniert !!!!!!! Ich weiss das diese Bestellung fertig gepackt war und nur noch auf die Auslieferung gewartet hat weil ein bekannter diese Bestellung zufällig gepackt hatte. Dieser hatte mich informiert es muss nur noch abgeholt werden. Ich hatte eine riesen Bestellung über 299€. Ich wurde nicht nur von den Mitarbeiter W. dreist angelogen sondern er stornierte ohne mein Einverständnis die Bestellung. Von wegen Er ruft im Lager an um zu erfahren wann geliefert wird. Im Nachhinein wohl alles erstunken und erlogen. Vorgesetzter macht auch nix. Dann telefonhotline angerufen da wird der Mitarbeiter im Ton doch so laut zu mir... ich fasse es nicht.eine Ersatzartikel Lieferung sei nicht möglich ich solle doch neu bestellen!! Nichts gibt's mehr es ist nämlich alles auf über 50%. Ich bin zutiefst ja enttäuscht das meine Ware nicht erhalten habe da nützt die Rückerstattung wenig. Dann noch dreist in einer Tour angelogen von den Mitarbeiter. Und keiner will was machen können wo das alles schon fertig gepackt im Lager steht und nur noch zu mir gefahren werden müsste??? Unglaublich kann nur abraten
