An item didn't arrive in December. Over the 8 months since I've contacted CS at least ten times and spoken to multiple agents per session.
Finally, they processed a partial refund - but the item never arrived, so this is incorrect. Despite trying repeatedly to get the rest refunded and being assured it'll arrive in 2-4 hours the money never comes through. Complete waste of time

They have been cancelling all my orders for over an year now, they let me place orders then cancel after 5 minutes citing "violation of return refund policies" when there has been none whatsoever. The customer care has zero authority (to escalate or email), they say write email to ofm team and they will reply in2 days they havent replied to any email of mine for over 10 days, customer care waste 30 minutes with same stupid questions and no resolution, after this long long now one customer care made me wait for 30 minutes and said the team says there was a suspicious login on my account then why all of amazon emails to me say "violation of return refund". It's been over 10 days they have not refunded Rs 19850 amount, the customer care after making me wait for 30 minutes say its was already initiated 10 days back and then new customer care says some technical issue yet the entire amount shows up as outstanding amount on my credit card, they said i can create another account with same phone number different email which you cant. I think post besoz leaving this company has become rat s**t they dont know how to solve a bug, how will they when they are unable to find issue, leave that im sure they are not even working because of having downright unprofessional etiquettes to reply on mail within an sla of 48 hours.

Repeated Delivery Failures & Poor Support – Moving Away from Amazon India
I’ve been an Amazon India customer for years, but my recent experiences have been unacceptable.
Two orders in August 2025 from the same seller failed with the exact same “shipping problem” message and were returned without a delivery attempt.
Twice this year orders were marked “delivered” in the app but never reached me — I had to chase for redelivery or cancellation.
Delivery issues are common: sometimes the delivery person doesn’t even call before marking the order as “unreachable,” and in some cases they call from downstairs instead of delivering to my home.
Customer support is inconsistent: agents redirect instead of resolving, give conflicting information, transfer to wrong departments, end chats abruptly, and in one case became defensive when I mentioned escalation.
The same seller having shipping or delivery issues twice in a few days points to either a serious seller reliability issue or a fulfilment process failure.
I’m sharing this so other customers are aware. I no longer trust Amazon India’s delivery process and will gradually move my purchases to other platforms.
Worst experience with Amazon Support....
I am highly disappointed with Amazon’s customer care service. The representative spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner, showing no respect towards the customer. Without any proper verification or evidence, they directly blamed me, claiming I had returned the wrong product. This is unacceptable behavior from a reputed company like Amazon. Such treatment damages customer trust and makes me reconsider using Amazon in future.

I’ve raised several complaints over the past months. While a few orders get delivered properly after escalation, the issue keeps coming back. There’s no permanent resolution or accountability from Amazon's side.

1. Just like how there is an easy simple button to "Buy now" or "Add to cart", why isnt there a simple button next to the orders to contact the Customer Service? Why do we have to go all the way to Help, and have to request a call back, then need to select multiple automated selections, just to finally have a human being to talk to, about the issue with your order? I know, yes, I know this is intentional. Bet Amazon will rather go to the grave than to correct this.
2. Cant Amazon put people who are quite fluent with the regional language, or atleast in English? You get what you pay for. Is it wrong when consumers ask that? Pay less to empoyees, recruit cheap labour, dont give them enough training, the end result will be your average Amazon customer service agent. Apathetic and able to communicate only slightly worse than your average street bovine.

Worst Return Experience with Amazon – No Value for Genuine Customers
I ordered an item from Amazon.in (Order ID: 402-5423599-4205911), but unfortunately, one product was missing in the package. I raised a return request and was told to self-courier the item back.
Accordingly, I shipped the item through DTDC on 26th June, and it was delivered to the seller by 30th June, as confirmed by the tracking.
However, when I contacted Amazon support on 26th July, they refused to process the refund, saying the courier receipt is “invalid.” This is beyond unreasonable, considering the shipment was successfully delivered and proof was already submitted.
To make matters worse, the customer service executive cut the call mid-conversation, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer respect.
Why should a genuine customer suffer even after following all the steps correctly? If Amazon asks for self-shipping, they must honor valid courier receipts and tracking. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Amazon seriously needs to improve how they treat honest customers and handle return cases more responsibly.

I have written instructions to not deliver product at night still they deliberately come at same time.
No calls are made and false info updated on ticket saying attempt was made. I have orderd like 150+ products from amazon including 24 k chair.
But with recent events I will ask users to stay away from this site and false promises of cutomer care.

Absolutely trash customer service. Did not pick up the return and yet their system shows in transit and refund pending. How can it be pending and refunded if it hasn't been picked up. For a mistake they made internally they want me to call after 7 days to find out the result of their internal investigation which has nothing to do with me.

This is not just a review — it’s a WARNING to every Prime customer who thinks Amazon values loyalty or premium purchases. They don’t.
I ordered an Apple iPhone 15 (256 GB, Pink) worth ₹69,500 on June 9, 2025, from Clicktech Retail Pvt. Ltd. on Amazon India. The phone started overheating within 4 days. I immediately contacted Amazon to report a defective product and requested a return.
Instead of helping, they pushed me to visit the Apple Service Center, where the device was officially declared DEFECTIVE. I submitted the required denial letter as per Amazon's policy.
But since then, everything has been a scam:
I have spoken to 25+ customer care agents and 25+ technical staff — all of them gave me false promises.
Repeated pickup promises FAILED. Not once did they pick up the item.
I had to spend ₹2,500 out of my own pocket to courier the product to the delivery address because I no longer live there.
Every single day, I hear a new excuse: “pickup boy is coming by 5 PM,” “it’s raining,” “last slot,” “we’ve escalated,” “refund will be issued soon.”
→ NOTHING HAPPENED.
And here’s the worst part:
THEY HAVE NOT PICKED UP MY PRODUCT AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY ₹69,500.
THIS IS FRAUD.
Even yesterday, a support agent told me the refund will be automatically processed if pickup doesn’t happen — but when I asked her to send this in writing, she REFUSED. Why? Because they know what they’re doing is WRONG.
❗ AMAZON IS DEFRAUDING CUSTOMERS. I AM A PRIME MEMBER AND I’VE BEEN HARASSED FOR OVER 1.5 MONTHS.
They have wasted my money, time, and trust.
This is mental harassment, negligence, and fraudulent conduct.
If Amazon can do this for a ₹70,000 iPhone, imagine what they’ll do with smaller purchases. Shameful.
