Its not a compain about Amazon directly but their delivery drivers. I get my parcels always delivered late but stated as delivered this guy doesn't like to walk up.i complain so much about it but I could rather talk to a wall .I don't want my money back just i want to have my stuff on time and not wait extra 3 days

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the ordered quantity again. However, the full price was charged. Very unreliable.

My experience with Amazon has been terrible. I paid for a subscription and as soon as they received the money, they suspended my account automatically.
When I contacted them, they simply confirmed that my account would remain suspended.

The worst part is that they completely ignore the refund. They never answered when or if I would get my money back for a service that I never received.

This is a scam: Amazon takes your money, blocks your account, and refuses to refund you.
I strongly advise against using Amazon, especially if you travel or use a prepaid card, because instead of helping customers they just shut you out.

Amazon Egypt is an absolutely appalling service. The products usually arrive very dirty and sometimes poorly packaged. It is also quite common that what you receive only vaguely resembles what you actually ordered. If you then have the misfortune of having to deal with their customer service—especially regarding delivery issues, which are almost systematic in Port Ghalib where I live (only Bosta is doing a grezt job)—you will be faced with a band of incompetents who will only try to waste your time. In the end, they will provide no service whatsoever, making you lose hours and entire evenings without being able to offer the slightest solution to your problem.

This is not my first expatriation. I have always dealt with Amazon in every country I have lived in. I have never had such a dreadful experience as with Amazon Egypt.

Items cancelled and refund issued?????
Amazon have refunded 3 items no reason given I have had to case them for a reason.
This keeps happening.
The service to Sharm el sheikh is very very bad I would recommend not to use because of so much misinformation Amazon give they can’t really service Sharm el sheikh and are full of excuses that conflict

I thinki in my opinion that amazon egypt is untrusted company and I advise against dealing with them even the orders they sell and ship may be replaced or lost and you can't get your money or if you get it it will be late

Amazon Egypt is very deceiving, never got right order , broken, missing something or receiving something completely different but taking full price for the original product. I have been using USA Amazon for 30 yrs very rear got wrong.. but in Egypt one very rear got it right. So sad .

Made an order, paid, the payment was deducted from my bank, then went online to see why it wasn't delivered yet and it's totally missing from my orders. No sign of the order anywhere, in spite of the fact I had already been charged for it. Finally, I found a section in the help center called "canceled orders", and it showed my order there as canceled. No reason why, no information on what I can do about it. So I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I tried to contact customer service, and it says "unavailable right now" on the website. Considering they already have my money, this is a terrible company. Don't order from them.

I bought many stuff and they collect my delivery charge was 83.25Le now when they delivered my orders separately and they collect from me delivery in each item which is i paid 119Le .You should not do this to your customers guys.

This company is full of scammers and thieves. I purchased a product that arrived broken missing a part, and completely different from what was shown in the listing. When I initiated a return, the delivery company kept canceling the pickup every time I scheduled it. No matter how many times I reschedule, they cancel it again. I'm convinced they took the original item and replaced it with the damaged one. This is clear fraud and completely unacceptable

Probably one of the worst platforms out there, please by all means don't shop there. Three times have I ordered and pay for an item and waited for it arrive after it was confirmed to be shipped only to find out they cancelled because that item doesn't exist or damaged in transfer is their to go excuse . If by some miracle you do receive an item and want to return it -because of course bad quality -no one will come to pick it up it took them one whole month for the return and it took me more than 6 times reaching out to customer service

The worst customer care experience I had in my life, the agents don’t have any details, any authority, any access and there are here for show.

أسواء تجربة مريت عليا في التسوق من امازون مصر و ليس هناك اي رابط او نظام للعمل و لا يوجد تنسيق بين الإدارات فعلا اداره امازون مصر غير مرضيه تماما و تعامل مندوبي و موظفي الشحن في منتهي السوء و عدم النظام مندوبي التوصيل لا يتبعون قواعد العمل و لا اللوائح .لن اتعامل مره اخري مع امازون مصر كنهائيا و خسرت مبلغ من المال ووقت

If I could give no stars I would. Trying to contact customer service via their website or freephone number is impossible, if you are lucky enough to get through you DON'T get the call back in less than a minute it NEVER HAPPENS . I ordered a 5 step ladder and received a cheap brown plastic stool. So either the seller is untrustworthy or the delivery company they use is! Not sure if I can name both here but I can if required.

Amazon Egypt are theifs. They engage in fraudlent activities with delivery men

My order says delivered but its not delivered i didnt take it and im having a v hard time finding what they did to it v bad process and delay

I ordered flea medication for my dogs. It took many days to arrive . It came with no packaging whatsoever. Clearly the product is fake. I spoke to customer services and all they could offer was to send it back. They should be checking out sellers and their products before allowing them to sell on Amazon. In UK the service is excellent. Not in Egypt. Would never order anything again as it will probably be fake rubbish.

I have experience with Amazon in multiple countries. Egypt is definitely the WORST. I now stopped ordering on Amazon.
The last incident showed two faked delivery attempts, the first one even before the package was even scanned out for delivery. No calls or contacts from a delivery driver. I took me 1 hour (!) to get the order cancelled using the support chat and being forwarded to 10 (!) different agents.
