I really only have good things to say about Alternative Pods. Wide selection and cheaper prices than anywhere else I shop. Shipping and delivery is always very fast. Like..days faster than you’d expect. I think in over two years I’ve only received two defective vapes. Customer service sorted it out for me immediately. The whole process is smooth and seamless and I appreciate them every time.

Ohhh the customer service is perfect! I had a really good experience. I accidentally ordered the wrongvapes and they expedited me my other Vapes until I can ship these back. I would definitely go with them. I ordered the elf bar for only 1299 you can’t beat that.

This is the only place I will order from. The staff are very helpful when there is an issue. I have only had one instance where a product was defective. They got back to me within an hour and replaced the defective item. There is always sales and deals going on. You really can’t beat the price. They have a wide variety of products. Shipping is usually 3-5 days. I usually get mine in 4 which I don’t mind. They really are just a great company. They have a loyal customer in me for sure. I have recommended them to every family member and friends. Give them a try!

I’ve been able to buy disposable vapes from alternativepods without any issue until now. Although my shipment was lost, alternativepods thanked me for my patience, responded quickly to my concerns, and ultimately made things right. I fully trust that alternativepods will always deliver quality products but now know that they will also resolve any unlucky inconveniences that may occur to you. I would recommend this company to everyone that buys disposable vapes!

Got the wrong vape. Wasn't a big deal but the one I received doesn't even work.

This has been a total disaster for over a month ago. Have placed many orders with alternativepods.com, the last on 01/31/23. On 02/07/23 I received an email stating their site had been hacked and referring me to alternative-pods.com as their replacement site. Boith sites now appear online, with identical logos, layouts, etc and both are located in the Bensonville, IL area. I wrote to the original site, alternativepods.com regarding my account and order and they told me I didn't have an account with them, despite the fact they had already filled my order before the hack date. So, I checked the new site, alternative-pods.com and found my account and complete order history there. Something wasn't right, so I contacted alternative-pods.com and asked that my account be deleted and, in accordance with the Privacy Act, they send me a copy of all info they had associated with my account. I received no response. I wrote them again, no response. I wrote a third time, still no response. At the same time I kept getting daily unsolicited email ads from them, all of which violated the CAN-SPAM Act by not providing any "unsubscribe" info or links. So, I wrote them again, this time a CEASE AND DESIST to comply with my earlier requests and to stop the unsolicited ads. Again, total silence. Something very fishy occurred. Two identical sites with the original site saying they had no account for me, despite my having ordered from them for years and the new site, which had all my private info, yet refuses to comply with or even acknowledge any of my requests. There is obviously a total mess there and I would advise anyone to steer completely clear of both sites.

They have sent me defective vapes in the past, but required me to pay to ship them back at my own cost. And most recently I did not receive an entire order, and haven’t answered 3 of my emails requesting them to ship a replacement. Using another service instead who's more reputable and far less shady

This company has gone down hill in the past 6 months. Had zero issues for years but the past 6 months, received 5 defective vapes. Tried contacting multiple times and get zero response from the company.

I have been ordering from alternative-pods.com for over a year now & yes I do like there vapes & my order gets to me in a good decent amount of time. I have encountered a few bad vapes here & there & when I do I contact them, in the beginning any time I have encountered a bad vape they would give me a store credit & I am grateful for that & then later down the road like a few months ago that’s when I started encountering issues with alternative-pods.com not responding back like they use to & having issues trying to get a store credit for receiving bad vapes when I got my order, now is the worst I have experienced, February 12th 2023, I went onto there website & filled out the return page for 2 Lost Mary MO5000 mango peach flavored vapes because they weren’t working properly & I had explained that when I would try to take a hit off of the 2 vapes individually that the battery light would come on for a split second & go right out instantly & I would barely get anything out of the vape & I even did video recording for proof & today is the 26th of February so 15 days & I have emailed them every single day a couple times a day & texted the phone number they provided & still to this day no response back period & like I said this has been the worst treatment ever, I was just trying to get a store credit for the 2 defective vapes I bought & received from them for what I paid $16.99 apiece in total of $33.98 but nothing, they have been ignoring me. I have never had this issue bfor since I started ordering from them but now is the worst ever & it’s beyond pathetic that a long time good customer gets treated like I have over just trying to get my money back for the 2 defective vapes they sold me, the way they should be working is when I take a hit off of them the battery light should stay on the whole time I am hitting off of them & then go out after I stop hitting off of them that’s how a vape is suppose to work & also when your done charging the vape the battery light should blink a few times & then stop but if a vape doesn’t do anything like I had just described then it’s a defective vape. I’m just warning people who ever decides to or does order through this company if you encounter a bad vape don’t hold your breath to get anything back because you have a bad vape. This company is falling off. Supposedly they were hacked recently but either way customer service is literally non existent. They do not respond or answer phone calls or emails.. EVER! I rated them 3 stars because for a long time, over a year, I never had an issue there for I never needed to contact customer support. When I did have an issue I realized there is no way to speak to anyone at all. I have had 20-30 orders without issues. Then I would have issues here and there, until a recent order for 12 Hyde rechargeable vapes and 4-5 were burnt out, either right out of the package or after the first charge.One of them was clogged and unusable. Also, they offer expedited shipping that is not expedited shipping at all. Ive tried both options and my order is always delivered in 5-6 days. Again, there is no way to contact anyone for any reason, that in itself is why I DONT RECOMMEND. If an order is lost or stolen you’ll end up having to contact your card company and file a dispute for a refund which when they realize there’s no CS will be fairly easy. There are plenty of other company’s that ship to “prohibited states” for close to the same price and have actual customer service.

Always prompt delivery! In the year I've been using this mail order company I've only had 1-2 duds. They were happy to replace but being in a rural area I couldn't find a carrier to send the damaged product back. That's not their fault! They were happy to replace once they rcvd the defective items.
