After receiving my fourth order, I knew it was time to post a review. It’s so nice to be able to buy the latest & greatest or an old reliable and know I’m getting the real product. The prices can not be beat. Out of the MANY vapes I’ve purchased, so far I’ve only wound up with one that arrived defective. The customer service is great! One of the vapes I ordered wound up not being in stock and I was immediately refunded for it. As long as this store is here, I’ll be a customer.

This company goes over and above. I had a vape that quit working halfway through the end was a picture sent to them. They sent me a new vape.
I appreciate there concern.

Been buying vapes with them for a couple of years. I have ALWAYS received my package reasonably fast.( Last month it was overnight). They respond to emails and/ or phone calls.

I've ordered from them 6-7 times now. Never had an issue. You CAN'T BEAT the coupons, so be sure to sign up for emails! (I got 35% off today). So far they have all been received on or before the delivery date. Happy camper here!

Customer service is terrible you can not talk with anyone if you have a problem. Email and text then they avoid issue. If you a return forget help and you'll be lost in the shuffle. You will lose you money. Seek another site.

Legit products. I was skeptical reading some reviews as well as the fact that there is a site "alternative-pods.com" that is very similar to this one, but nonetheless authentic verifiable products arrived in a short manner.

i ordered almost a week ago but received a tracking number i believe is faulty it said it would be delivered by today but did not receive package. i reached out to the customer service email no response in days. there is also 2 different sites when you look up alternative pods who knows which one is the correct version. overall customer service is terrible and ordering process is nothing less then faulty. do not order from here unless you want to be ignored and scammed

Fast delivery and great prices and had two of them that didn’t work and messaged them and away without me asking sent me two new ones highly recommended

Great products at a great price and Sam handled my issue with perfect professionalism that was more than I could have wished for. I have been a customer for awhile now and I will not hesitate to come back for the foreseeable future.

I’ve spent hundreds on every order I’ve placed with them and after my most recent experience I will not purchase from them again. For my last order, I never received a confirmation email, shipment email and one of my Hyde vapes was the wrong flavor. I emailed twice and texted them and never heard back. So much for customer service.

First off I have to say they have the best customer service I have ever had in my entire life from replacing Vapes that didn't work instantly with in-store credit or refunds to recently when I had a package delivered by the United States Post Office and it was not in my mailbox I let them know and without question they replaced my entire order I am just so impressed with this company and website that I will never get my Vapes from anywhere again I have referred many people to this website and I will continue to give them my patronage as long as I am vaping 10 out of 10 Stars easily

I contacted customer service to inquire about expedited delivery as I am going out of town. They got right back to me and were able to get my delivery to me before leaving. Extremely professional, kind and helpful!

The customer service is hands down one of the best I've experienced. I ordered 12 pods, 10 of which came in a carton direct from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, some of them were defective (the fault of the manufacturer NOT Alternative Pods). I sent an email to Alternative Pods explaining the situation, and they were prompt in their reply and fixing the situation. They sent me replacements as well as an extra pod for the inconvenience. Their customer service is friendly, personable, and gets the job done. Thank you for a swift resolution and for making my experience with your company a good one!

Alternativepods.com is not the site I've ordered from for years. I should have known something was wrong. The fake site has a yellow at the top. The original site has black.
