The thing with this company is I have never had anything worse then a pleasent experience. Any problem I had there was quickly responced to from them. I either got credit on my card or store credit. Great customer service. They show to be more about customer care than profit. I had an online order of 10 pods in the wrong flavor(my fault). I sent them back for a refund(They allowed with no issue) but lost the tracking number and they were lost (Stolen by mail service) in the mail. I explained what happend and with no real proof they sent me a full replaced order of the correct flavor. Safe place to spend you money online!!!

Prices are fantastic, can't beat them locally anywhere. I ordered quite a few disposables, and unfortunately two of the bunch were continuing to draw after I hit them. I emailed CS and they had no problem refunding my money or sending me replacements. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Sam was the best as far as communication. We will see if my refunds went through in a timely manner. I was notified after I received an order confirmation that the product was no longer available, that was strange to me. I wanted to change the flavor, but they already refunded me, you would think that option would have been available prior to a refund, I was upset that if I reorder and different flavor, I would have to pay shipping again, Sam refunded me 1 of the orders shipping cost!
