Purchased the monster ice box vapes and…
Purchased the monster ice box vapes and all the ones in my package tasted burnt. I paid out of my own pocket to return them and have not seen a refund or replacement order ever since. I placed an order after that and they were good but just received another order yesterday thinking it was just a hiccup or something and all of them taste burnt again!!!! This has literally left a bad taste in my mouth. AVOID at all cost.

I have reached out and I have not heard anything. I received my package and one vape was sealed properly, and the other one was not. When you use the one that was not sealed, it makes a sizzling noise.

My product was faulty . It tasted and smelled horrible like burnt tires. I couldn’t use it / still obviously cannot . I’ve emailed and contacted the “contact us” number provided have not received any response therefore will be disputing it with the bank.

Vape orders
They always get you exactly what you order and there has never been a delay in delivery. The only thing that is not great is when you buy the $12 express 3rd party shipping it takes like 5 days to get to you. I just wished they had an overnight or 2 day shipping option.
