The sign up credentials I have been given are not correct, so haven’t been able to log into the system

A very reliable and capable provider

A very reliable and capable provider. We have been using Alltel for a number of years and have consistently been very pleased with the service and response time. We have used a number of their services. When our business requirements have changed, Alltel has a product and solution to make our small business look and feel like a much bigger enterprise. We highly recommend them!

Teams Calling setup can be easy

I tried to set up Teams calling with another provider prior to signing up with Alltell and it was an uncomfortable and drawn out process which I cancelled. I signed up with Alltell and Myka helped me set up the system. She was amazing! So helpful, patient and respectful. I her customer service was excellent and I feel she went above and beyond!

Easy

Quick and easy to make changes to my phone schedule, was able to implement changes for phone routing while an employee was away and have it set up to automatically revert when she returns.

Great Service

Although it is early days our experience with Alltel was so easy. It was a mere 24 hours from my first enquiry to our new service being active. Very professional and easy. I was pleasantly surprised.
