Functionality - Service and Ease of Use

Finished product is great, sales service is mediocre

The VM that I received is ace. The issue was in procurement - I submitted a request via the site, but the information didn't make it to the salesperson I emailed with, which made the form feel unnecessary. I had to say "did you receive the form information", and suddenly it was there.

Someone by the name of Iggy completely…

Someone by the name of Iggy completely stuffed up my transfer process and he didn't even want to speak i had to go through the support to get things sorted overall really bad experience and didn't go through with the company. The support staff were helpful but the customer service guy left a sour taste

Long ring times before an answer

Not being able to set this up in advance (we needed to start on the 22nd when your messages were going to an answering service) has meant there was no script arranged.

We I’ve tested it there were very long ring times before answering.

Your support staff were very good and managed to get it connected for me on the 23rd

THIS TIME AROUND

THIS TIME AROUND, the process was quick and efficient. We had tried to do this same exact thing a year and also 2 years ago, but had no success in doing so.

Phones do not work as promised

Phones do not work as promised. No call forwarding, handsets provided are old and have less functionality than previous handsets. Speed dial and call transferring is clunky and involves too many steps. No training provided. Repeated requests for tech on site have been ignored. Handsets no compatible with all Zoom functions.
