unusable customer admin, good customer service
Customer service is very good, the customer admin website is without doubt the worst I have ever used, nothing makes sense, and the experience is frustrating, and a waste of time if they expect anyone to use it.

So 2 callers have called through now and I have lost both jobs because you took too long to answer the phone they both hung up after hearing that they were next in queue .

We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, as mentioned in our emails with you, the calls were answered within five and 15 seconds respectively. We aim to answer all of our phone answering service calls within 20 seconds and both of those were within that time.

I had to make the request twice after initially being told they would get back to me. When I then made the request with details of the type of phone number I wanted, I was told I needed first to purchase the package, then, only maybe would they be able to provide the number - thankfully it was fine, but even then, they still didn't understand the request and entered into discussions with me about cancelling it because it wasn't what I ordered. all of that was fine as it was resolved okay in the end. I tested the number and it worked.
