I recently registered for a 1300 phone number service, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the experience! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and hassle-free. Fantastic customer service after a few bumps
Rating 4 stars instead of 1 after multiple successful interactions with Bron. She was amazing, answered all my questions and helped me set up everything to my exact specifications. This is the company my friend was raving about and I'm glad I got to experience it. Thanks again Bron!
Original review: Was recommended this company by a friend to assist with obtaining a business number. I called to request a quote and was told that I should get it by the afternoon. I had to call two additional times to follow up on the quote requested before I finally was able to get the information I needed (4 days had passed since then).
When choosing a number for my business, I was given a number that I found out later was nowhere near where my business was located. Upon sending a message to request a change to a number more local, I was told it was not possible to change (only a few hours had past). Still unsure how to set the number up correctly to do what was promised.
