The Allstate agent was VERY patient, informative, professional and knowledgeable. She kept on the phone with me through NUMEROUS holds with TransUnion and without her I would not have felt confident the issue was being taken care of. It was a great experience.

Professional , knowledgeable and patient Specialist
I can not say enough about how professional and patient Tayanna Shilling was . She patiently talked me through the porcess after I was altered to a fraudulant credit card application being submitted under my name.
Not only did she take the time to help me do everythign she knew to protect my credit . She followed up !
Quite a lesson in the dark web for sure !

This service is great!
It’s helped me find who’s been hacked and may easily gives me the option to have my data removed from their sites. I can also see if and when someone tries to use my info to open a new bank account or credit card (which just happened). I suggest this for anyone because some of these things happen without you knowing a thing until it’s too late. Being able to share the account with family members is also a big plus.

Account was opened in my name and I was notified immediately. The person I worked with walked me through everything. Was on the line when I had to contact the bank. She also followed up with me every two weeks until everything was resolved. This service is worth its weight in gold!!!

I had identity taken 2 years ago and have been fighting the battle ever since. This is the fist time I had All State on my side and I felt confident in my assigned representatives ability to fight on my behalf. What a feeling of relief to not go at this alone!
