I feel that when multiple inquiries happened on the same day I should of had alerts. Then when I called they initially said everything was good. I had to ensure them that I wasn't making the inquires. Even though I caught them myself in time all state should of been first to notice.

Quick response to notification of unknown credit check. I was then connected with a restoration specialist that assisted with getting the credit card company to shut down the request. Bina also assisted me with putting a freeze on my credit, as well providing other tips to help protect my identity.

Agent I worked with was fantastic. Efficient, Professional, Courteous.

Company stayed on top of my case which involved credit card fraud. Always a delight to have the worry free feeling in my life to know that whenever a fraudulent transaction is initiated, All State identity protection will notify me immediately.

After notification of my identity being exposed, Allstate Identity Protection immediately tracked down source, instructed/guided me through the process with follow-up and further instructions via email moving forward.

I felt that I was the only person that mattered! The goal was to get my problem fixed.

Kiana was calming and supportive during a stressful time when not only was my identity as finances being threatened but also my cat was suddenly hospitalized during the process. She patiently explained and walked me through every step and took time to ensure I wasn’t overwhelmed. She offered to call give me breaks during the process knowing I was emotionally exhausted.

I had someone open a Chase credit card in my name with aa $21,000 credit limit in May. I have had 2 text messages about my social security benefits, that I have not signed up for. Where was the protection that you say you offer. Allstate did not catch these breaches

I was recently the victim of Identity Theft which was brought to my attention by Allstate. My identity restoration case specialist, Cynthia was top notch throughout the entire experience. She set up a time to discuss my concerns and make a joint call to the institution where the fraud had occurred. While on the phone Cynthia advocated with a difficult customer service representative on my behalf to get a quick result and have the fraudulent application removed from my record. Afterwards she gave me next steps, a time for a follow up call and ways to further protect my identity. Cynthia was kind, compassionate and professional throughout the whole experience.

I have tried several times to communicate and get my logion ID. It was lost in email.

Identity protection services do not protect you from phishing on Instagram, in the form of fake websites that look very realistic, such as JoAn Fabric sale on Instagram, full JoAn Fabric catalog, where you can place an order, give your credit card, CCV, expiration date, mailing and billing address, all harvested by a fake company in London. They even respond to email if you have questions. Total scam. I cancelled my credit card after it was harvested.
