The gentleman who helped me was very patient and stayed on the phone with me for 90 minutes until my issue with a fraudulent application at Wells Fargo was completely resolved. I was very grateful for his support, as he asked questions I would not have. Subscribing to this service is definitely worth the piece of mind.

I recently contacted Allstate to get help with an attempt to fraudulently use my information to obtain credit cards on two occasions through two different banks.
I recently contacted Allstate to help resolve an attempt to use my information to obtain credit cards on two occasions through two different banks. Cory, one of Allstate's experts, was very helpful with contacting both financial institutions to resolve the issues. He stayed on the line throughout the process of contacting both financial institutions and the discussions that took place.

Stopped an identity theft situation
The app alerted me of a problem I would not have known about, I reported it, and was almost immediately contacted to work on resolving the issue, plus given additional steps to take to protect myself.
