Yes yes yes
I highly, highly recommend it — making the salad literally took me just a few minutes. Everything was cut into a fine, small dice! I’m absolutely delighted; it’s a shame I only discovered this device now.

Best Chopper out there
Best chopper. The plastic top has broken a couple of times but able to get a new one. Advice is to take out the "single prong" before the "double prong" as not to break the plastic pieces that attach it to the chopper. The black "side" rubber feet have come out and I don't seem to see those available. I just broke the black piece that helps the food that you chopped from becoming stuck. This sounds like a lot, I've had it for going on 4 years. Love it. Would only ever get his heavy duty chopper.

Thank you for such a detailed and honest review! We truly appreciate you sharing both your experience and helpful advice. It means a lot to hear that you’ve used your Alligator Chopper for nearly four years and still consider it the best chopper and your go-to heavy-duty choice.
We’re glad our replacement parts and support have been helpful, and we’ll pass your feedback about the rubber feet and black food-release piece to our product team. Thank you for your loyalty and for taking the time to help other users get the most out of their chopper!

Commitment to Spare Parts and Great customer service.
So good that we can replace parts of our Alligator chopper rather than replacing the whole appliance!
We also had really good tracking information for our replacement parts!
All round, total confidence in the company.
Finally, if you don’t have an alligator, adopt one soon!

Don't ship through FedEx
You shipped the item through FedEx and they sent me an e-mail stating they cannot deliver my package and need a "correct" address. Why would you use a company who cannot deliver the package and why would they take on the job? Now they want YOU to change the address. FedEx will not allow me to make a change even though they requested a different address.

Odpowiedź od Alligator of Sweden
hank you for your message. We’d like to clarify that your order was shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. FedEx has informed us that they require an address correction on their end before delivery can be completed.
Unfortunately, FedEx does not allow recipients to make certain address changes directly, which is why they have asked us, as the shipper, to assist. We are currently working with FedEx to resolve this as quickly as possible so your package can be delivered.
We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience while we help FedEx complete the delivery.
quality item
The item itself was great. The 30% tariff to bring it into the United States--absolutely no fault of Alligator of Sweden!-- was an unpleasant surprise.

Odpowiedź od Alligator of Sweden
Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the product itself.
We’re sorry to hear about the unexpected tariff. Import duties and fees are set by US customs authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how frustrating this can be and truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Excellent meal prepped
These are the only manual chopper I’d recommend. Works great. Just have to be careful removing the plastic compartment box. Feel for the correct procedure and then it’s great and quick. I got extra compartment boxes to make meal prep even quicker.

I purchased a replacement transparent collector for my chopper. I do want to say it was totally my fault it broke. I love my chopper. It saves me so much time and makes everything the same size so it cooks all the same. I was so IMPRESSED with the shipping. I thought for sure coming from Sweden it would take a month or two but I received in a WEEK!
