Had a very good service from the team they kept me informed of the situation of car until ready to pick up. They done everything what they said and the car was serviced mot,d and cleaned. Highly recommend to anyone else to buy from this company.

When I arrived at Alisons Automotive Group and Lia was very welcoming. She also explained everything very well and answered all of the questions I had. I highly recommend this place, I would use again in the future.

Avoid at all costs. I paid over £10,000 for a van that has broken down on four separate occasions. Although the company carried out repairs, the vehicle has never been right. On one occasion after their garage worked on it, it was clearly visible that components underneath the van were not even properly attached.

I gave them multiple fair opportunities to fix the issues or offer a suitable replacement vehicle that was fit for purpose, but they refused a refund and ignored my letters.

I also later discovered the van was sold to me as having around 30,000 miles when in reality it has approximately 80,000 miles, which is extremely concerning.

Overall, very poor service, repeated faults, and misleading information. I am now taking legal action.

Everyone at Alisons Automotive was so friendly and helpful. Lia, who we were with, was great. Professional, polite, cheerful, relaxed. No pressure. Made the experience a pleasure. Our daughter and grandkids now have a v nice, low mileage SUV for a good price. All v happy. Highly recommended. Will go back.

Just picked up an A-Class Mercedes and I had a fantastic experience with Alisons automotive Group, I got picked up from the train station promptly, aloud to look around the vehicle on my own without any pressure, had a lovely coffee whilst paper work and admin was being sorted, overall it was a great experience. I drove all the way from Sittingbourne to Bristol to get the car and it was worth it ! Ellie new employe has gave the best customer service and everybody was very friendly. Ellie has answered all my questions showed me around the car, offered a coffee. The car is beautiful and amazing I am in love. Thank you all so much you all are great!
