Es war noch eine alte Adresse von mir in der Aisler Datenbank, die ich schon lange geändert hatte. Also ging die Bestellung erst mal dahin. Als ich das gemerkt hatte, waren schon 5 Wochen vergangen. Der Support reagierte sehr schleppend und als ich dann endlich die Nachricht bekam, dass meine Sendung diesmal an die richtige Adresse verschickt war und "nach wenigen Tagen" ankommen sollte, dachte ich, dass dies nun endlich das Ende des Dramas war. Denkste, es fing nämlich gerade erst an. Die Sendung kam nämlich auch nicht an und der Support tauchte ab. Keine einzige meiner Supportanfragen wurde beantwortet. Ich warte nun schon 8 Wochen auf meine Bestellung. Wenn ich in Platinen in China hätte fertigen lassen, wären sie längst hier!

The quality of PCB was as expected.
The delivery time for assembled PCBs was initially a bit long (a few weeks before new year), but after asking it was handeled right away. So the flexibility was top notch.
The prices are competitive, especially within EU, because there are no custom costs and delays.

schlecht, ich habe Platinen eines anderen Kunden erhalten, Reklamation über das Supportformular (mehrmals) wird einfach ignoriert.
2 Sterne deswegen weil bisherige Bestellungen ok waren sonst wären es 0 Sterne.

I was told that Aisler may be unreliable about manufacturing and shipping but i gave it a try anyway.

The first and the second orders were done and received without any problems, which was comforting me in the idea to reorder new pcb's from them in the future.

Unfortunately, the day came where one of my orders didn't reach its destination ( my door ). Aisler seem to have a good system to handle such case. You just need to go to their website and select the right category ("my order did not arrive") and someone is supposed to take contact with you about your problem.

The thing is, my order was shipped about a month from now and i still have no news from it. I did hit their support system 3 times after waiting 20 days but NO ONE IS ANSWERING. Therefore, is lost 40€ : no pcb and no refund.

What kind of professional company is leaving their customers (as little as they can be) unchecked and floating in the void of what i call a very well branded silence. I do now "aisler" people and things i don't want to see and hear.
Will i be aislered again after this very constructive review ?

Board bestellt und hat ganze 6 Wochen gedauert. Also Zieldatum mehr als verfehlt. Board ist nicht brauchbar. Meine Stützkondensatoren haben alle Durchgang obwohl das laut Plan natürlich nicht so sein sollte. Was die bloß gemacht haben????
Ich nutze Aisler nie wieder!

Kvalitets pcb plader, men meget dyre i forhold til konkurrencen

Easy to export design from kicad.
All my designs so far has worked as expected.
Never needed customer support so cant judge that

my last order, paid in advance with credit card, arrived with a defect/problem.
The pcbs look good but the stencil is not mine.
Another customer's stencil was sent to me. obviously it is unusable.
In the last 10 days AISLER DOES NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAIL SENT BOTH TO THE OWNER FELIX OR TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Therefore what they write on their sites "We give a guarantee on your project's board rendering." is a BIG FAKE

The service is not great and the quality is bad.
not going to use them again
