Very disappointing - unreliable, untrustworthy.
Very disappointing we will never use this service again. My daughter's flight was delayed and she needed to get a taxi from LHR late at night. I paid extra for the 'meet and greet service'as she is only 16. it took 30 mins for her to find the driver who was clearly not there when she landed and was not tracking her flight. Not worth the extra money and certainly won't be using them again.

I have booked a taxi at last minute without realising it's a pre-booking service. Wasn't sure if it was genuine, but they have provided me with a full refund as they couldn't find a driver. Staff was really nice and apologetic eventhough it wasn't their mistake.

Definitely room for improvement, but I guess making so much money they don’t care.
When I first started using OTS some years ago, it worked faultlessly. In the last year I have been less satisfied. One driver refused to drive up to my house because of overgrown ferns along the side of the lane, a ridiculous attitude, and in the end I drove myself to the airport, and had to pay for the taxi, as well. OTS refused to cancel the charge. More recently I had a driver who failed to make contact with me the evening before an early pickup, which would have made it far easier for him to find my house, which is quite remote. As a result I wasted half an hour on the phone to OTS (whose operator hung up on me when I first called) trying to get the driver’s mobile number. Hence the ‘average’ rating.

Chris was waiting for us at Heathrow. He rapidly got us out of the airport & on the road home. Very nice spacious car.

It started off annoying I must say
It started off annoying I must say. You did not inform me that I have to take a shuttle to the parking spot . I had two heavy bags so it was bother pushing a bendy trolley and lugging this horrible trolley .
Your driver helped well once I reached him. I think he needs to have a kinder tone( he was not rude at all and was helpful but just needs a kinder tone). Passengers are tired after a long trip and not getting their bags in on time can be very stressful…
Also extra charges for waiting should not be in the fine print please- please put it in the email !
The journey to winchester was quite fine and I was offered WiFi for which I was thankful . Water would have been nice .
