Excellent service in difficult circumstances
Our return flight was nearly 4 hours late, getting us into Edinburgh at 3.15. Original driver could no longer do as had another booking early morning. Phoned office from Venice and lady assured me she would have another driver arranged when we landed. Got off plane to text giving replacement divers number! Excellent service in difficult circumstances. Will be using again.

Very easy to book
Very easy to book. Nice to have a number to call your driver. I like paying beforehand so you know there are no hidden costs. Drivers helped with bags and were polite and chatty. Will definatly use again.

I booked a car from leeds airport
I booked a car from leeds airport. Paid £100 and was looking forward to being met and taken to my home. But because of the passport queues at Amsterdam, I missed my connection. KLM were very helpful and rerouted mt to Newcastle. I cancelled the leeds booking. This company refused to refund ANY of the booking as they had sent the car. Where from? ! It could not have been from far as they are 'airport taxis'. Do not use this company. No sense of customer care, obviously have no investment in what could have been a long term arrangement.

Junaid was our driver from Birmingham Airport and we had a first class experience. He was polite and helpful and we had regular contact with him before and after our flight which was most reassuring. His driving was excellent. The booking process was straightforward. We would certainly use this service again, and recommend without hesitation.

We had a wonderful driver
We had a wonderful driver. He was not distracted and we felt safe in his car. We appreciated him carrying our luggage up to our flat.
We had a bit of a problem finding him at the airport. It would have been better if he was with the other drivers in the arrival area. We had to use the phone to locate him and we had to pay an extra fee for parking because of the time it took.

Really easy to manage
Really easy to manage, once booked they will allocate a driver for you and send you their contact details. Once you arrive you just need to call your driver and my driver was really nice, clean car and smooth journey.

Never ever use this Taxi firm
They were given the flight time and asked to be picked up at the airport car park, we delayed coming through customs contacted taxi and we were told it had gone to the Hotel next to the airport and then left was then told they wanted another £40 which in total £95 no no no

Our first "go to" for booking airport taxis
We've used OTS for a couple of years now, and the website is easy to use, gives you a quote before booking, good prices which usually works out cheaper than parking at the airport, are very reliable with clean and tidy cars, always on time and very polite drivers.

Middle of the night - Manchester airport to Bristol Airport - urgent transportation request.
Excellent efficient professional service. I arranged this form Portugal with just 12 hrs notice as an emergency after flight cancellation back to the UK landed us in the wrong airport.
All communications came to my mobile phone as emails and whatsApp messages.
I would highly recommend.

Avoid booking at all costs. Rip off merchants
Never received confirmation of booking. Had to ring on the morning of pickup and they sent a confirmation of 1st pick up. Was told upon collection just to ring the driver once collected luggage then they would set off to pick us up. Never received confirmation of 2nd pick up so had to contact them once again from Tunisia to confirm booking. Once again was then sent a copy of confirmation. Upon arrival out flight was delayed. They rang to see if we were at the airport and I messaged saying was in airport but a long queue for luggage collection. They said fine just contact driver once you have collected luggage. Then once in the car they rang and said oh because there had been a two hour delay we had to pay a further charge which I had not been told about. I had told them on numerous occasions don't set off yet luggage is being delayed they replied no problem. Yet again no mention of further charges. Then the lady that rang said well there's nothing I can do you were sent it in the confirmation
All it says in the confirmation is ring within the hour of needing collection which I did.
Unbelievable unreliable company. Rio of merchants would not deal with again telephone staff rude. Avoid at all cost. In future I will pay more and go to a reputable company

Reliable and pleasant service
Mark, driver for this journey, who has actually taken us before provides a very efficient and friendly service. He text the night before to confirm pick up time and arrived 10 minutes before we were due to leave to allow loading time. Spot on service.
