Taxi was right ontime for the Heathrow…
Taxi was right ontime for the Heathrow to Brighton return trip. Always a bit tricky finding the driver at Heathrow because of the unreliable roaming service on my phone and his sign was not very big. No problems at 4.30 am in the morning for the return trip from Brighton and well worth it to save the hassles of taking luggage by bus or train.

Excellent service, excellent price
We had never used Onward Travel Solution Airport Taxis before and I had only pre-booked our taxi the day before and we were very impressed with the service. When we landed at Gatwick around 2am I messaged the driver to let him know we had just landed as the flight was slightly delayed. The driver text me details of where he would pick us up at the airport including an approximate time he would be there to pick us up giving us plenty of time to get through customs etc. The car was clean and spacious the driver was very friendly and very knowledgeable as part of the M25 was closed. The journey was very smooth and we we dropped off at the top of our driveway. The price was excellent for this service being one way and we will certainly be using them again in the future and maybe book for both ways as we were so impressed with the service given and the choice of cars you require at the time of booking.

Total relaxing trip to our hotel
So nice not to worry about getting to the hotel. Muhammad picked us up in the airport and pointed out all of London highlights on the drive to our hotel. Just like a mini tour. We really enjoyed the service.

Excellent service
Booked our transfer to Gatwick on Sunday afternoon. And the driver reached one hour early ( which was perfect since we had already checked out). The 6 seater was very clean with complimentary water… Qaisar was so helpful- helped with all the luggage and even paid for our trolleys since we did not have change. Will definitely use them again.

Very disappointing - unreliable, untrustworthy.
Very disappointing we will never use this service again. My daughter's flight was delayed and she needed to get a taxi from LHR late at night. I paid extra for the 'meet and greet service'as she is only 16. it took 30 mins for her to find the driver who was clearly not there when she landed and was not tracking her flight. Not worth the extra money and certainly won't be using them again.

I have booked a taxi at last minute…
I have booked a taxi at last minute without realising it's a pre-booking service. Wasn't sure if it was genuine, but they have provided me with a full refund as they couldn't find a driver. Staff was really nice and apologetic eventhough it wasn't their mistake.
