Awful pickup- thankfully full service restored for return journey
The pickup was stressful due to the driver being late and not telephoning us. He could not locate us and telephone calls were cut off and the drivers command of English was not the best. He parked outside our home and made no attempt to handle our luggage except to put it into his car - which was too small and I had to travel with a large suitcase in the rear of the car. Modern, clean and reliable cars are stated on your website - the car was not clean and the red warning light flashing on the dashboard did not indicate reliability. It was a huge relief when the journey was over.
David on the return journey supplied the service and professionalism I thought I had booked for both journeys

As we have explained to you on several occasions unfortunately the driver that was due to take you, sadly his wife had a heart attack so we had to find another driver at short notice so he could be with his wife.
We found another company who had a driver available at short notice, and we were informed by them that he had a large enough car but clearly, he didn't, I’m very sorry for this.
I'm also sorry he arrived 6 minutes late and couldn't find you, he did ring you but had a poor reception so that's why the calls kept cutting off.
The red flashing light was due to the suitcase in the car as the car thought there was a passenger sat there without a seat belt on, this is why it was bleeping all the time.
We felt we did the right thing at the time but sadly another company has let us down.
It is very rare that we use other local companies as they are simply not as good or reliable as us as you found out.
We are so sorry again, I’m glad you got to experience our normal service on the way home.

A very professional firm.
The cars were comfortable. The drivers arrived on time without any fuss. The drivers were easy to talk to! All round excellent and we would use the firm again.

Used Airport Specialist Cars for a flight returning to Heathrow
Used Airport Specialist Cars for a flight returning into Heathrow at end of August 2025. Great service and experience. Our flight was slightly delayed but the driver monitored the situation and was there as soon as we had collected our luggage. Driver was very polite and friendly. Car clean and very comfortable, with complementary newspaper and water provided. Would recommend and use again! Thanks for a great service and experience.

Another lovely experience
Another lovely experience with Airport Specialists Car, this time to and from Gatwick. My drivers, Jose and Sandor were professional and very friendly. Sandor did not bat an eyelid when I nodded off in the car after seventeen hours of travelling. I would throughly recommend Airport Specialists Cars if you are looking for an airport transfer.

Have just returned from holiday to US…
Have just returned from holiday to US and used Airport Specialist Cars for both journeys. Again service was excellent, both drivers on time, polite and smart. Information for both journeys very good from office giving details about car and drivers. Was very tired arriving back in UK so was happy didn't have to drive.
