Although the puzzle pictures are indeed beautiful, the customer service, should, unfortunately, anything go wrong with your order, is deplorable. I emailed them at their support email and, as someone said in another review m they offered a voucher. I told them that I really loved this particular picture, (we often glue and frame them as wall art), and said that I would really appreciate just having them replace the puzzle. (This puzzle was very badly damaged). They replied that they would only do the voucher. When I told them that then I would just try to get the same puzzle again, and that the puzzle was a large, is when they told me that the voucher would only be 20% or 30%. I find this unacceptable and, in spite of the beauty of the puzzles, will probably not order any more from this company.

I liked the puzzle I got but when I opened it over thirty pieces were broken and the top of them were missing the color. I tried to contact the company about it and all they offered was a voucher. And when I asked about the voucher they didn’t answer.They didn’t even offer to replace my puzzle. I spent good money on it and I don’t want it to go to waste. I really love these puzzles but I think I should get it replaced.

This company is a ripoff. Using their online tracking system the latest status shows that my order was delivered to Madisonville, TN. I live in Memphis, Tn which 392 miles away. I tried numerous attempts to contact their customer support to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and buy USA.

I had 1 problem with the pieces being broken. Not really a bad thing just a little irritating. It was all good in the end. I'm still ordering and having a blast!! Thank you so much...

These puzzles are worth of getting put one the walls we live doing them

I definitely love/hate these puzzles. My aunt told me about them and so I got one to try with my mom - when it said 4-6 hours for a large, they meant it. Totally worth it in the end and a day well spent but also very challenging. We thought unique pieces would make it slightly easier, it did not. Well worth it though and I'll definitely be buying more in the future- just in a smaller size.
The image itself is beautiful and all the options for other styles are very cool.

I was really pleased and totally satisfied with the two puzzles i got. I love the detail and the wooden pieces are amazing.

This was my first experience with these beautiful wooden puzzles, and I was pleasantly surprised. The puzzle was inside a purple velour bag which was inside a nice purple box. The puzzle itself was very intricately cut. The colors and patterns were vibrant. This would make a great gift for a puzzling friend.

I ordered 4 puzzles. Received them pretty quickly but they were in a plastic bag type packaging. All 4 boxes were damaged inside the packaging. I completed all 4 puzzles and 2 of them were each missing one piece. Their customer service keeps replying that they will give me a voucher but the 1st voucher i received was a discount if i bought 3 more puzzles. I sent them another msg and they sent me a new voucher - when i entered the code it says INVALID CODE. I tried it every way i could enter it, caps, no caps, zero and O, nothing worked so I replied again to customer service. The last time I reached out I told them that I want 2 new puzzles without having to buy anything more. They have not responded. They'll give you a discount if you buy 3 more puzzles but they wont replace the missing pieces or the puzzles. As much as I loved doing these puzzles, I am so done with Aimpuzzles. UPDATE: After numerous emails to Aimpuzzles they have resolved this issue by sending me replacements for the two puzzles that were each missing one piece. I am satisfied with this outcome.

Although the company seems to want to create a good product, and is responsive with emails and reviews, the actual puzzles (they were a Father's Day gift) were disappointing. They come in a generic sack with only a tiny business-card sized image of what the finished puzzle is supposed to look like. And then, that image isn't actually correct! I had to go back online when the puzzles arrived, and print an enlargement of the product image.

My second complaint, is that the quality of the images aren't that good. They seem to be poorly scanned (not original artwork) and printed with a consumer-grade ink-jet printer.

My dad loves puzzles, so he's soldiering on through these, but another complaint is that the pieces don't all interlock. So if you need to move portions of the puzzle around as you're solving it, it's incredibly difficult—because it falls apart.

Great puzzles ; not too big just perfect for my granddaughter who's 7. I love them too; so addicting we'll be buying a third one.

Love these little wooden puzzles. My granddaughter bought me one for my birthday (the bee). I enjoyed doing the puzzle and decided to order two more (the owl and woman ‘s face). I have framed each one to keep and hang on a wall because the colors in all the pictures are vibrant and beautiful.

These puzzles are so much fun! We have gotten a couple as gifts and I have purchased some on my own! They have turned my boyfriend & I into puzzle people!

I received my first puzzle as a gift from a friend. I have purchased 10 puzzles since then. They come in three different sizes. I especially like the little figure pieces. I would recommend for both beginners over 7 years old and adults.
