I did not get the puzzle I ordered, had to try put together without a picture. Only when I received a message requesting feedback did I mention that it looks wrong. Confirmed it by sending me the image of what was sent to me. I did not order the one I was sent and would appreciate if I can receive my order.

Received the puzzle as a gift! I found it challenging and rewarding! The little animal shaped pieces are cool and have good detail! I glued my puzzle at the end, looks cool on the back to pick out all the animal shapes!! I will buy more for myself and as gifts!

Ordered this puzzle as a gift. So, I have not seen it. I will presenting as a gift next month.

The Yin-Yang Koi Fish puzzle is so beautiful! Each piece is unique and colorful. It took me about 5 days of working here and there on it to finish. Definitely the most fun puzzle I’ve EVER done! A little challenging but that’s what I wanted! Thank you Aimpuzzle!

I have ordered and completed 2 puzzles and love them! They are challenging but not too difficult.

I purchased two of the puzzles (large) and have finished one. Just love the fact that they are wooden and with unusually shaped pieces. Such a nice change from the usual jigsaw puzzle. The one I just completed is so lovely it’s framable. I intend to buy more.

I like the puzzles and the shapes. It helps me to destress after a long day in the ER. I've never had any problems with faded colors as some of the other reviews have stated nor any missing pieces. I've had two puzzles with one extra edge piece. The wooden pieces are sturdy (I mount every puzzle onto my 'therapy' wall in my garage 😎). The only thing I would suggest is to make the picture that is used to assist when putting the puzzle bigger! I hope in the future that more puzzles (artwork/pictures) are added as I have almost purchased all the ones that I find interesting and beautiful.

The price has gone up too much for the inconsistency of the puzzle and size. It used to be the medium was a good size now it appears smaller and cost more money. The thickness of the wood pieces vary in the puzzles, some are broken in the more detailed puzzles such as the turtle(which is the worst) and thicker and stronger in the perfectly square puzzles such and the cat and deer ones. I have purchased many but will not be purchasing any more due to the new pricing.

The puzzles are beautiful and fun to do. I can do them over and over again. one (the Owl ) had two small bits broken off of two of the pieces, but it is still fun to do.

Puzzle not as pictured. Color very muted, two pieces badly cut, and piece missing. I sent pictures to customer service but they only offered discount voucher on future purchase. No thank you. Very disappointed Aimpuzzle accepts less than quality end product.

I would rate you higher if I actually had received my order. But I'm STILL WAITING. So far my experience has been horrible, horrible, horrible.

The packaging for these puzzles is inadequate with 3 out of the four puzzles I ordered lately had broken pieces. One had too many broken pieces to be worth putting together. I love the puzzles but it's so disappointing to find broken pieces. The puzzles need to be boxed up with bubble wrap not just put in a padded envelope to be sent half way around the world. I have had to make a claim through Paypal to get a refund as it's not fair that I should lose money for a broken product that I can't use. Aim Puzzle are being very unhelpful, saying what can you expect when it has to be shipped so far, only offering a partial refund or, after a lot of emails back and forth, a replacement which I don't want as from experience of other orders, it would probably have broken pieces as well. Package these puzzles properly Aim Puzzle!
