I love these puzzles. I’ve ordered two small ones. Delivered in a timely manner. My only complaint is the image is ridiculously small, less than 2”x2” and they were blurry and not the correct colors. It was more difficult to do the puzzle without a useable image, but still doable. Just expect a challenge!

It took too long for me to get them and I had to send a screenshot of my order when I asked them about it but I finally got them and they are actually very nice so the only reason I got a three-star is because it took so long

My puzzle never came due to an “insufficient address”, despite the fact the address on the order is correct (after multiple weeks delay). Also, the tracking number is unknown to USPS!!

These puzzles are not only beautiful they are delight to put together. I have bought many of these puzzles for my daughter who has anxiety…they have brought her much joy…..thank you

Always start on a good note. I love the irregularity with the individual puzzle pieces. Makes putting this puzzle together much more fun than regular puzzles. I had a very enjoyable experience with that. On the opposite side of that coin, I’m glad I got this while it was on sale. The puzzle is quite small compared to what is advertised on the website, which was very disappointing. The actual print is a very beautiful design, but it is unfortunately not consistent, where a full 1/6th of the puzzle looks faded compared to the rest, almost like the printer was running out of ink

If you like a challenge and pretty puzzles these are for you. Not your run of the mill pieces and there are lots of fun animal shapes in each one. Each is unique and knowing how to assemble it isn't as simple as you'd think. These make a great gift.

If I could give zero stars I would. At least I got the gift of this puzzle but it’s USELESS. DO NOT BUY OR GIFT. BEWARE - sends broken puzzles and doesn’t do anything about it. I’ve never posted to complain about a company but this is FRUAD so I feel I need to warn as many as possible. Got as a gift and it came with 10+ broken pieces. Support sent me a code (3 times but none worked) for $5 off a new one. I don’t want $5 off a new broken puzzle. Make sure to read other comments and reviews.

I can’t respond to aimpuzzles comment, but I have been talking to support via that email for 3 weeks and NO THEY WILL NOT HELP. They will give you $5, though have tried three times to give me that via a code and it never worked. That said I don’t want $5 to then spend another $25 for another broken puzzle. And they obviously didn’t even read my above review that says support will not help!!

I ordered a puzzle on December 7 as a Christmas present for my sister. She has not yet received it and tracking indicates it's in the initial stages of shipping. Today's date is December 27. I will think twice before ordering from your company again.

I placed a big order in November. They created a shipping sticker thru USPS but USPS never received the package. I have contacted them and they said that it was delivered. That is a lie confirmed by the USPS.
And of course they have my money. I know that Christmas is a tough season to get inventory out on time. I have other items from other companies that were unable to fulfill orders but this is the only company that lied to me.

I ordered 3 large puzzles on Dec 6th hoping to receive them in time for Christmas gifts. Christmas was yesterday and I have not received them.

I am very dissatisfied, ordered November 30th and it says it was shipped December 2nd. No shipping updates since December 9th…where is my order?? It is now December 23rd and I have still not received the puzzles I ordered. These were to be Christmas gifts and now I’m stuck trying to figure something else out. Very unimpressed.
Update it is now January 11th and just received my order. First off the boxes are not labeled, have to take plastic off to see what puzzle is what. I put the small puzzle together (since I couldn’t give as Christmas gift). It’s supposed to be about 120 pieces however it’s only 70ish. And 9”x4” at best. Was ok to do but took only 45 minutes by myself to complete. The finished puzzle is nice though. I would suggest printing a picture of your puzzle off from the website since the one inside the box is so tiny you can’t see the details.(3”x2”)
In summary took too long to get, not as many pieces as advertised and way smaller than I envisioned. Would be helpful to have a actual size of puzzle listed.

I have been buying puzzles from Aim since COVID, for something to do. I have now purchased about 20 or so of them and given many out as gifts. I have glued them and put them up in my camper, mounted them on wood and put them up in my office at work, and even polyurethaned a couple of them to varnished doors in my house. I have gotten many compliments on these puzzles, an now my friends buy them too.

Well. Where to begin.
I have only just discovered Aimpuzzle and feel like I have been missing out my whole life.
Your puzzles are just the most beautiful, most intricate,most delightful and most joy invoking when actually completing all the krazy shapes and oh so vibrant coloured puzzle!!!

If your a puzzle person, these kick butt on the cardboard type puzzles. These babies are wood no less!!!
I started with buying small and medium.
Then I wanted one on each size of, my favourite, the stretching cat! And who can stop at just one?!? Crikey, you pay postage. May as well get a few more....?!? Don't ask. Needless to say, all family and friends are getting one... maybe two, come Christmas time!?!

The puzzles are xmas presents bit we done one earlier it was a great challenge but great fun recommend to anyone

My package arrived earlier than I expected at this of the year; Came in neat little box & jigsaw pieces were in excellent condition. Didn't find it hard to work out. I would buy another one again.

Ordered puzzles with the largest pieces available for an elderly grandmother’s gift. Received the smallest puzzles they sell but paid for the largest. No credit given. Took forever to arrive. No pictures to reference and pieces so small intended recipient cannot pick up or place the tiny pieces. A waste of $75.00 and my time. Find somewhere else to shop and save yourself the frustration.

I ordered a large Phoenix puzzle intended to be a gift. What I received was a tiny box with no reference picture. Unless I open it myself, I have no idea what has been received. If I open the box I cannot give it as a gift. Customer service has been absolutely useless. Don't waste your money, go with a better distributor.

Aimpuzzle has responded saying that I should contact customer service and they'll help. No, they won't. They have offered a voucher for future purchases. Believe me, I will not be buying from them again! The process of getting a refund is an absolute joke, unbelievable hoops that would cost me more than the actual piece of garbage that they sent me. SCAM!

I had previously bought several medium and large puzzles from this company and was very happy with the quality. This time I bought 5 small ones. The puzzles were well packed in little bags and then in boxes. However there were no pictures on the boxes so I had to open them all. The colours for two of the puzzles were faded and I was very disappointed. The 3 others were ok. Next time I will order large.

I ordered two puzzles, I got them, 1 missing pieces, I ordered med and if I had ordered anything small I would not have been able to see the pieces.This is the worst quality I have ever had and heaven knows I have done 23 puzzles, Diff. company, I wrote to you but to no avail. Never again. Junk.

I ordered an assortment of 20 Large Puzzles for gifts. They arrived in identical unlabelled boxes, some of which were damaged. Had to open to see which design was inside by looking at the tag on the felt bag (#95 - yellow lion head), and then found that it was undersized! The number of pieces in the bag was 150, not the "Approx 280" as listed on their order page. Small is listed 120, Medium at 180, so not even sure if what I got was a big Sm or small Med!
Have contacted the company, but all they have offered is $5 off my next order!
