Signey is simply the best
Signey was wonderful, helpful, caring, and everything that you want in a host. Veronique is incredibly knowledgeable and answered so many questions about the geography, architecture, and art. I was amazed at Anthony's driving skills, especially in Marseille. Also, the AHI office staff was incredibly helpful ironing out my flight back home since United/Brussels Airlines website was not up to date with my itinerary.

Perugia tour
I already completed the survey you sent. 2-star rating because the visit to Assisi wasn't well planned. No photos allowed in Assisi churches. full disclosure about the no-photos rules should have happened before the tour, not during. Additionally, no time allowed in Assisi to go to bookstores/gift shops where one could buy postcards of the frescoes we weren't allowed to photograph. Too many towns in one day: Cortona and Montepulciano could have been on separate days. Instead they were together in one day and thus exhausting. Cortona could have been combined with the olive oil lunch and Montepulciano with the winery tour. I went to the Perugia art museum on my own -- could have been part of one of the tour days.

AHI goes above and beyond expectations…
AHI goes above and beyond expectations in helping travelers from beginning to end of their involvement. We recently took our second tour with them and there were three AHI representatives along. They were always cheerful and made themselves available for any questions at all times. We stayed in the city after the tour and needed a taxi and then later train reservations. Nadia made all the reservations for me despite complications and her other responsibilities on the last night of the tour. She made sure we were clear about our arrangements in the morning, always with a smile.
All three representatives were knowledgeable and were quick to find out if they didn’t know something. We would definitely travel with AHI again as they are attentive and accommodating to each travelers needs and maintain high standards in all aspects of travel.

More variety in the excursions and activities could be considered. Perhaps hands-on activities such as cooking classes could be offered, particularly when there are multiple days of long site visits in high heat with little shade.

We had an outstanding Tour Director
We had an outstanding Tour Director, Charlotta, who kept her cool and good humor during the tensest of situations, and made everyone feel so welcome and important. The sites chosen were breathtaking, both in Malta and Sicily. The local guides were all very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My one complaint was with the guide, Salvatore, in Siracusa. He was excellent and wanted to share so much with us, but tended to repeat himself ad nauseum to the point that some of us implored Charlotta to kindly tell him to shut up. Aside from this complaint, we were extremely satisfied with the trip.

Grand Danube Passage Experience
The AHI Tour Directors were outstanding! The itinerary, local guides, cruise ship accommodations, food & amenities were wonderful. The Amadeus Nova crew were also outstanding with excellent customer service for the passengers! I would highly recommend booking a tour with AHI to friends and family. Danube River cruise
Great assistance from AHI in planning trip from start to finish. The Travel Directors on cruise were fantastic & so hard working. They kept us all involved to create a community feeling. It was such fun. The ship was beautiful. The ships staff were wonderful. Our itinerary was very special. All the tours were fun & informative. Great river cruise. I forgot to mention our meals which were delicious & just the right serving.

Wonderful experience!
Excellent tour guides! Very nice hotel accommodations. Wonderful group dinner in Athens with a fantastic view of the Acropolis. Would have liked more time in the museums. The boat ride in Kalamata was a waste of time. The food served at the two group meals at our hotel in Kalamata had a lot left to be desired. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
