Because the bill that I’m paying is not mine . The bill I’m paying is my uncle who died in he’s bed and your company would not stop calling me to pay he’s bill off informed them that I’m a disabled veteran who was on benefits war pension but I was told I needed to pay it off now.

Unable to properly register myself & check my account
I have registered on your site, but it still shows as pending not sure what I need to do. Moreover, when I call, the wait time is huge, and I cannot find an email or chat option to communicate.

Excellent customer support and service
I am disabled and I got in touch with the company to let them know that a bill I had received was excessive. The company dealt with my query competently and resolved all my issues very efficiently. I would like to congratulate them for their service.

Shockingly poor experience
Shockingly poor experience. The most incompetent company i have ever encountered.
I moved home locally and had Affinity as my supplier at my previous address. I am severely disabled and unable to work for the past 10 years. Thus i qualified and received the reduced LIFT monthly payment at old property.
I rang before move and was told a load of nonsense and untruths.
After i moved they said pay the last month of payments for old address and then in a few weeks all would be sorted.
After 10 calls over 2 months of being told a different story line every time i rang my bill is more than doubled and they dont believe the UC statements i sent them.
6 weeks after move i wasnt very well and my eye sight very poor so i was told in one week, the LIFT would be sorted in house, total mistruth.
They are the most incompetent company i ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.
Unfortunately they have a monopoly so i cant take my business elsewhere or i certainly would.

Worst company in UK?

No way to contact them
All I can find is that they don't tolerate abuse from customers, I find this is only mentioned by companies that have terrible customer service.
This company has the worst customer service that I have ever come across, I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that its customers have no other option but to deal with them.
They should be stripped and the water service given to a company that gives a damn.
