Corrupt water company
There is widespread corruption at Affinity Wter. The accounts published are all fake & they keep multiple copies of accounts, all hidden from public scrutiny. Their auditors know about this fraud. How Ofwat and government have not looked into this is astonishing. The senior management should be in prison.

A nightmare. I seem to have two accounts with you even though I have one flat. I pay on time monthly last payment as of September, yet your online access point says my account is closed. A nightmare

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service , sent me statements for invoices not even raised or sent, queried them and received an invoice for the charges dates 3 months after they appeared in my statements. Then tried to call to pay and was unable to pass security , I was promptly hung up on and rudely spoken to each time I tried to resolve . Have raised a complaint and it has been ignored. In return I have received a default warning notice … completely at a loss!

I registered to affinity waters and I…
I registered to affinity waters and I was supposed to receive email or call in 14 days but it’s been two months no reply from them. This was fine but as I registered my account number shown in the application is different and I received different account number letter for payment. I email to affinity waters 2 weeks ago but I had not received any response from them.
