Bad customer service and shipping timing
Ordered on the 6th for items shown as “in stock” and was told delivery would be 5-7 days, with a possible 1-2 day delay. I recieved no updates and order just showing as “processing”, rang the customer service phone number every day and was told every day for a week that my order was being shipped and that they will call back to confirm. fast forward to the 17th still not heard anything, the call back never came.. item showed as shipped on the 19th.. awaiting parcel to be delivered on the 20th. If you order don’t expect any updates and your parcel will more then likely take a few weeks to arrive even if it’s showing as in stock
Follow up- now offering me £50 to remove the review.. not £50 for the inconvenience.. £50 IF I remove the review, which I won’t be doing as people definitely need to know not to order with this company.

As with other customers I ordered some…
As with other customers I ordered some deck shoes for my partner for Christmas showing as in stock.
Payment left my account and then a couple of days later I got an email saying they were not in stock at all and did I want to select something else and to please email or phone back.
I emailed and received a message that the email address provided wasnt being monitored until after Christmas.
The telephone number sent with the message was also incorrect and was not recognised. I went online to select something else but as what I had ordered was still showing as in stock I was sceptical about their system.
I waited over half an hour on hold and whilst trying to discuss an alternative gift the person on the phone refunded my card meaning that I couldn't get the item delivered before Christmas. This company is unreliable and disorganised in my opinion and their actions and inactions have left me with few alternatives so close to Christmas which is most disappointing.

No Communication No Order
Order on 10th December and still my order hasn’t been dispatched.
Emailed support and get a response the company is understaffed due to illness. Had a week to dispatch the order.
I get they’re a small outfit, but no communication to advise if your order will arrive for Xmas is unacceptable.
I personally won’t use again.

Shocking company!!
Shocking company!!! Placed an order a couple of years ago, after a lengthy delay I finally got my stuff!
So this time… I thought I’d give them a second chance! (We can blame the effects of Covid for the first one) but oh no! Nothing has changed! Happy to take a few hundred out of your account! (Next day delivery “apparently”) still nothing! Called customer service last week and was told they haven’t processed the order and they are working towards it! When explaining my frustration about it being a few weeks from ordering… I was told and I Quote ‘we are just a small family business’
I’m sorry but totally unacceptable from a business! You can get stuff delivered from china quicker than you can A Farley

Took order / money then ever sent and no contact
Bought Wellingtons from them fir present and over a week later they hadn't been dispatched - despite taking my money.
No emails, no updates etc so called to cancel order. Once I got through (28 minutes) the girl was polite and quick, canceling the order and issuing refund which also came through quickly. No question as to why I was cancelling etc but did receive 10% off email to tempt me back.
It was lack of communication from them that prompted my review. I went elsewhere, they were considerably cheaper and got them the following day! Maybe these guys should try to improve the customer experience as based on mine I'm afraid I wont be using them again

Disappointing service
I ordered a gift 27th November, after waiting 10 days, I called to ask where my gift was, to be told it will arrive today December 6th. Still nothing.. very disappointing.
