Brilliant, I'm so pleased, Justin solved my problem, and went the 'extra mile' to make things easier for me. In preparation, his electrician did good job with new sockets, then he returned when he said he would to complete the job. Lovely man, clean worker, good price.

Excellent service. Justin was prompt, professional and explained what he was doing as he went along. He even took the time to explain how to work the new smart tv!!

I had a quick repair to my satellite dish that had been knocked. Justin turned out on a Saturday when everyone rise said Monday at the earliest. He kept me informed on likely timing and fixed it simply. He gets first shot at all my business in the future

I called Tone Aerials randomly after a Google search. I just needed an internal aerial fixed. A great response. Efficient, friendly and honest and job done on the date and time and price agreed. Would definitely recommend.

We moved into a new build property, which had a TV point but no aerial (I found this out after moving in! Assumed it would come with one).

I called on a Saturday and Justin arranged to come round the following morning. He came round and was able to fit a new aerial for us straight away. He was very thorough and identified a fault with the existing socket, which he replaced at no extra charge to what was quoted.

Top service and I would highly recommend. Plus he's a top guy and very easy to get on with. Very happy.

I phoned this morning and discussed my problem and they said tney would come tomorrow. I had a call early afternoon saying they could come today. The engineer worked on testing to find out what the problem and it was the new aerial lead. He replaced it and it work straight away. He retuned TV and now everything is working but I am missing lots of channels. They are coming back to put a modern aerial next week. Would high recommend this company.

I had been let down by another aerial company and faced a weekend without any TV, within a couple of hours of speaking Justin he had travelled the hour to my house and fixed the problem (even though it was after 'normal' working hours on a Saturday night). We called Tone Aerials for advice on our indoor aerial. They came promptly at the time they said, extremely efficient service and very good value for money. We had a new aerial fitted, new aerial leads and we are now able to use our TV properly.! I would thoroughly recommend this company and if I,could give ten stars I would. Brilliant

Between Christmas and New Year my TV screen went blank apart from a message saying 'No or bad signal'. I phoned Tone Aerials and they came that day, keeping me informed of their ETA. I needed a new aerial - they had one in the van and in no time at all it was fitted and the TV up and working again. I couldn't have been more pleased. I made a call to Justin on Bank Holiday Monday and within 2 hours he had visited my house and sorted the problem within 15 minutes! Excellent service and very friendly.
