When I placed the order they were up front with the lead time of the order, When I called and followed up on the order the representative was very polite and gave me an update. Once order was shipped I promptly received the tracking information. Item arrived as ordered.

Keep your Receipts if you buy from AED.us
Bought an Aed from them. 6 months later, Aed.us sends me $1341 bill saying I only partly paid for my Aed. I sent them my order and credit card receipt showing that I fully paid for the Aed, even before it was shipped. The sloppy accounting at Aed.us is not a good look for the company. Definitely, keep your receipts if you decide to purchase from them.
